Thank you, Igor and Richmond Hill T, for the great service! I have had a great experience leasing my second Toyota Highlander at Richmond Hill Toyota. Igor Sapojnikov served me really well 2 years ago when I sw I have had a great experience leasing my second Toyota Highlander at Richmond Hill Toyota. Igor Sapojnikov served me really well 2 years ago when I swapped my Highlander 2010 lease to Highlander 2013 with him. Igor did that again for leasing a new Highlander 2015. Igor possesses both a very high professionalism and a great personality. Igor was very helpful. I really appreciate his advices and the way he made these process of changing my 2010 lease to 2013 and then 2013 to 2015 so easy. I enjoy now my new Highlander 2015 very much, it has so many new valuable features comparing to the 2013 model. It was all SWEET for me: I have got a new car, better than the old one, I broke my previous lease 2 years earlier and my new lease is CHEAPER than my previous one! Also I got a free first month payment, $300 gift card from the Richmond Hill dealership and some additional features that Igor has arranged for me for free. I recommend Igor Sapojnikov and Richmond Hill Toyota to anyone how is looking for a good place for buying a car. You will never be disappointed! More

Bad Customer Service Toyota Richmond write my mom an offer letter, and me and my mom when der to see what can we get to the offer, so we went der and Clive Cheung Assiste Toyota Richmond write my mom an offer letter, and me and my mom when der to see what can we get to the offer, so we went der and Clive Cheung Assisted us. and told us to come back the nxt day to finalize everything. so, we come back and hit us an offer to my moms 2012 Camry, i told him that the offer is too low and i don't think we can make a deal. he told us that make him an offer, so we make him an offer, guess what he did next? He did not counter back and told me that his job is to come to the dealership and negotiate with the customer with manager, and don't drink a lame coffee that i was drinking (tim horton). and told us to get up. when we get us he bang d chair to the floor and told us that this is the door to go out side and bye. that is unacceptable customer service. like if you can't make any deal, just be polite and give ur card and told ur customer that here is my card if u change ur mind don't hesitate to call me. and don't give a customer an attitude if the deal cant happen.
