tried to sell me a car w/ rental history without disclosing! I met Mehran at Hyundai dealership, and asked him about a used car. He didn't disclose that the car has been used for rental, and it is funny that it I met Mehran at Hyundai dealership, and asked him about a used car. He didn't disclose that the car has been used for rental, and it is funny that it wasn't in car information online that it has been used for rental purpose, and suddenly, I figure it out when I was finishing the deal. I checked the car-proof, and it was there! Then, when I told Mehran and Jack, Jack said that being rental doesn't have any effect on car sale price, and Mehran had 2 unacceptable excuses; 1. because we have not get the car from a rental company, it is not rental! 2. we cannot memorize the history of the cars! OMG! I believe that it is one of basic responsibilities of a salesperson who works for a dealership to disclose the information and history of any car honestly. Unfortunately, I didn't see this honesty with Mehran and Jack, and won't come back to that dealership any more! More

Fantastic experience throughout Criss has been fantastic throughout the entire process of buying my new car. Criss let me drive the conversation and answered my questions without making me feel like I was being pushed to make a decision that day. I asked him many questions before making my decision and he always replied quickly and thoroughly, whether by phone or text. I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed with this encounter that I chose to go back to Criss when I decided to go ahead and buy that car even though there were much more convenient Hyundai dealerships for me to go to. There were complications with getting my used car to the dealership for trade in and he smoothed them all out for me. I really felt like he was on my side while we negotiated with his manager for the final price throughout the process. Criss is truly a good hearted person trying to help out his customers the best he can. This is a very refreshing contrAst in the world of car salesmen!
