warranty satisfaction I had a battery breakdown and was unable to get the car to Richmond Hill Hyundai,so I had it serviced elsewhere.Besides the battery other issues were I had a battery breakdown and was unable to get the car to Richmond Hill Hyundai,so I had it serviced elsewhere.Besides the battery other issues were revealed and repaired.Several items were covered under my warranty so I advised the dealership about them.After some lengthy discussions regarding these matters,Richmond Hill Hyundai Issued a cheque for the warranty repairs.Other matters with my car were dealt with quickly as well.I recommend them highly. I brought my wife's car because there was a noise from the left front tire and the service adviser made it VERY clear to me that if his technicians didn't find any issues (that was not due because of regular wear and tear), he HAD to charge me $55.His technicians don't' work for free, then again who does. I had NO choice to agree to an "overpriced" oil change in order to verify the car. I felt I was scammed. Great way to start your morning at 7:45 AM and arguing with the service representative. The worst customer experience I have experienced any any dealership. My Jeep dealership NEVER charges me to check for noises or problems with my car. My advice Hyundai Richmond Hill : Please learn from JEEP dealership on what is considered an exceptional customer service, because, unfortunately, you are not even in the same ballpark. NOTE : The Fixed Operations Manager Alta Nourozifar was very pleasant but doesn't change the fact the entire customer service experience was extremely poor and I paid for an "unnecessary" oil change. What a pleasure !!! I recently bought a 2015 Elantra Limited. I traded my old faithful and trusty 2003 Elantra and received a generous trade-in value that made my purchas I recently bought a 2015 Elantra Limited. I traded my old faithful and trusty 2003 Elantra and received a generous trade-in value that made my purchase much easier to accomplish. The sales person, Greg Sipprell, was so patient and explained all my alternatives. The General Manager, Jeff Copan (he is amazing), assisted Greg with the final purchase price numbers. In the end, i was extremely happy with my final deal. As to my new car, I'm in LOVE!!!!!! I have never had such an amazing vehicle. It has so many features that it will take me months to figure them all out...hahaha I now look for excuses to drive somewhere. My kids have never seen me so much...lol. All in all, I would heartily recommend this dealership to anyone looking to upgrade. I could not have asked for or expected better service or consideration. More

Went out of his way to fix my issue I came into this dealership with a paint defect hoping they could address it. Initially they stated it was not going to be covered due to the fact tha I came into this dealership with a paint defect hoping they could address it. Initially they stated it was not going to be covered due to the fact that it was painted over by non factory paint and sent me away. When the GM Jeff found out about my concerns, he gave me a call and let me know that he would look into it for me. I went back to the dealership today and they explained some possible reasons why this could have happened and promised to paint it over for me, even though I did not buy the car from them! My concerns were taken seriously and handled promptly I would like to let you know about the resolution to my recent problems with my Hyundai car and the services. I have had some issues with a new Tuscon I would like to let you know about the resolution to my recent problems with my Hyundai car and the services. I have had some issues with a new Tuscon I purchased in 2014, and when I contacted the GM of the dealership directly about my concerns, Mr.Jeff Copan (the GM) took my concerns very seriously and was involved in the resolution process from the moment I stepped in the Richmond hill Hyundai showroom. He sincerely apologized about the issues and clearly and patiently described possible reasons and also the options we had to resolve them. After some negotiation he offered us an amazing deal to switch our Tuscon to a new fully equipped Santa Fe Sport, he also offered several additional accessories and gifts in order to compensate for the inconveniences we have had. I would like to thank Mr.Copan and Richmond Hill Hyundai staff for the amazing help and support trough this process which made switching very easy and fast and made sure that I am 100% satisfied. More
