Matt Kim (Sales Person) actually LISTENED to me. I purchased my 2009 Sonata Ltd from R.H. Hyundai and came here for my 2015 Sonata. I did have a service issue with my 2009, BUT, because of the excel I purchased my 2009 Sonata Ltd from R.H. Hyundai and came here for my 2015 Sonata. I did have a service issue with my 2009, BUT, because of the excellent manner in which my concerns were handled by Jeff Copan (G.M.) and Scott Provost (Supervisor Parts & Service) I decided to make R.H. Hyundai, my one stop shop for a new car. Matt Kim was my Sales Rep and he impressed me in many ways. We discussed my driving habits, my preferences, needs, and desires in a new car. When we went for a test drive, Matt, while showing me how to set the radio controls (plus many of the electronic features) pre-set my favourite radio station (A.M. 680) I was very impressed by the fact that Matt actually listened to me during our earlier discussions. All through my new car buying decisions and paperwork, Matt was there. Never pushing, but always offering good advice, Another example of Matt came when my wife and I were picking up our new Venetian Red Sonata Ltd. I had arranged an excellent deal on a set of snow tires, however when Matt noticed me frowning about placing 4 mounted snow tires in my brand new car, he immediately offered to bring them to my house in Thornhill the following Monday. Without making this message too long, I will say that this action by Matt, sums up my positive new car purchasing experience at R.H. Hyundai. I have recommended Matt Kim to all my friends. The best dealer at Richmond Hill Hyundai! When I first walked into the dealership I was late and asked the receptionist if Criss Song was available. He came to the front mid-lunch and helped me with my inquiries about purchasing a new car even though he was on break. I was very satisfied with his answers to all of my questions regarding the new Elantra and he even went out of his way to explain all the details that I wasn't aware of myself. The car was ready without any incidence whatsoever, he even kept me posted about what was going with regards to the finance approval and insurance process. Criss left me with no doubts about my purchase even after I left the dealership. On the day of pickup he went with me to the car and examined it to make sure that there were no issues. We then went out for a test drive and as expected everything went perfectly. I have purchased a few vehicles in the past from other dealerships and this is the first time I didn't feel like I was being ripped off or constantly being upsold for packages or products I didn't need. With Criss's honest and professional attitude, Hyundai's reputation with outstanding warranty, excellent customer service, and great value has been upheld. I can only see a bright future from this particular dealership. More

Disrespectful and unprofessional On January 21 2015 I went to buy a 2012 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T from Richmond Hill Hyundai. I was told by the staff that it would be ready for me on Frida On January 21 2015 I went to buy a 2012 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T from Richmond Hill Hyundai. I was told by the staff that it would be ready for me on Friday January 23, but when I called before going to pick up my vehicle they told me it wasn't ready. We then arranged to postpone the pick up to the next day, Saturday January the 24, but when I arrived the next day we once again told that the car was not ready for pick up as the ownership paper work was not yet prepared and we were told yet again to come back another day, which was Monday the 26 of January. When I reviewed the safety paperwork we discovered that they had written the mileage of the car to be ten thousand KM more than what it really was, which would cut down our factory warranty. Further more when I requested to speak with the manager of the dealership, the sales manager Ting Ying refused to allow me to speak with him and proceeded to disrespect me as well as my wife. The days following the collection of our car we discovered several issues, the first being that the dealership had not cleaned the car like they had said as when looking under the front seats of the car we discovered several single serving packages of sugar some of which had torn and spilled inside the car, the next issue was that the wipers that we received with the car were torn and did not work properly. The way the staff treated me and my wife, coupled with attempt to cheat us out of the warranty we were to receive,as well as the state the car was in when we received is unacceptable. I wouldn't ever recommend doing business with dealership. More
