Just an oil change...so I thought Took my car in for an oil change, and during inspection showed my me cabin air filter and engine air filter. Both fubar'd, got them replaced. Winter salt and crud had messed them up. I had 2 options...clean what was there, and then replace in a few months, or just do it now and save a few bucks. Went for the replace, and was given a discount on the parts. Not a big one, but will save me money in the long run. Its the brakes. They keep us safe. I was told it would take an hour, was done in 40 minutes, Richmond Hill Hyundai service is top notch. Mr. Walker took care of this. "Mo" is also awesome, so friggin' friendly !!! More

Worst Experience Ever! Liar Agent!!!!! I went to finance a new Santa Fe (as advertised "0%" and it was my first experience with Hyundai, Salesman was very nice at the beginning and commande I went to finance a new Santa Fe (as advertised "0%" and it was my first experience with Hyundai, Salesman was very nice at the beginning and commanded me to lease instead of finance. He showed me a new Santa Fe and explained the features of my Luxury vehicle which was not available for test drive. He lied to me about the new vehicle as described by him so I signed the papers. Unfortunately the Santa Fe wasn't what I expected and few options that I signed for with extra payment weren't on that car. Sales Manager also tried to cover the salesman's mess and lies with unprofessional attitudes. The name of Salesman is not on the list! I don't recommend this dealership to others! More

The car "driven by a employee" and was in good shape. The salesperson drove it up, I smelt gas, he said it was nothing. I looked under the car, and saw gas puddle on the floor. If I wasn't careful I would've drove it and maybe got into a crash. They put a car that's a danger to the public available to test drive. I wouldn't recommend anyone going for any AS IS cars. When I complained they said oh well. You are wasting your time and gas going to this dealership. They mislead customers and make you come, to try and upsell you. It's a scam dealership More
Worst experience ever!!! Worst car purchase experience ever!!! Saturday, March 23, 2019, I went to Hyundai Richmond Hill Dealer to pick up my VERY FIRST Hyundai car, a brand n Worst car purchase experience ever!!! Saturday, March 23, 2019, I went to Hyundai Richmond Hill Dealer to pick up my VERY FIRST Hyundai car, a brand new Elantra preferred. When the salesperson gave me the key and then led to the car, I noticed the car was very dirty and has not been washed. I spoke with salesperson who simply told me the car was just sitting around for a while!!! He then took for a one-minute car cash after which the car was still dirty! Things got worse when on my way home, I noticed a cut on the leather steering wheel that was simply an eye-sore to me. I went back to the dealer furious demanding the cancellation of my deal as this was simply fraud. The sales manager told me there is nothing such "cancelling a deal" and I have "to come back Monday to see what they can do for me”. Instead of taking a quick action, he asked me to take the car home and wait for their call on Monday. Being a former PR manager for Ford, I told him a car should have gone through a PDI (PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION) prior to delivering it to me, yet his answer was “I will check what went wrong”! In fact, Hyundai Richmond Hill sold me a fleet car (a vehicle Hyundai offer to dealers to test by their employees) and then sell them to general public at a discounted price. The salesperson told that we never use them, and we simply sell them. The car has only 50KM on the odometer and Hyundai Richmond Hill put on the Vehicle Purchase Agreement that the car was used with 4128 KM on Odometer. Meaning I bought a new car in reality, yet a used one in paper!!! They told me these are fleet cars that we don't use and sell them at a discounted price without telling Hyundai Corp. I bought the car as a gift to my sick wife and they have spoiled my day, my gift and turned the whole thing into a night mare. Before the incident, I was planning to trade in my VW Jetta for a Sonata, but now I am simply planning to cancel everything!!! It would have been easier to admit your mistake and fix things rather than being arrogant and not even respond to a victim of your unprofessional and fraudulent practices. I have all documents and pictures that proof my statement and I will be contacting all media outlets, my lawyer, Hyundai Head office Canada and even Hyundai Korea to express my huge frustration. DON'T BUY FROM Hyundai Richmond Hill!!! Pictures of the so-called brand-new Hyundai Preferred attached! More
