I would recommend O'Neil to anyone looking for service at Hyundai Richmond Hill. O'Neil is knowledgeable, personable, polite and friendly and has always satisfied my service needs whenever I have come in. In fact, I think he went over and above in his duties in order to expedite obtainment of a Hyundai part that another service gentleman who's name I've forgotten, was supposed to have ordered a long time earlier but hadn't. Once O'Neil got involved the part came within a day :) whereas the unnamed person had left me dissatisfied and waiting for the part for several months. Luckily O'Neil knew just what to do to resolve the whole thing to my complete satisfaction. Because of O'Neil my opinion of Hyundai's service department has now improved with the resolution of my parts issue and the completion of the repair the part was for. I would rate O'Neil a 10 out of 10 for service excellence (prior to O'Neil getting involved in obtaining the part my estimation of Hyundai had plummeted to where I was 100% dissatisfied due to the extremely long wait for a part to come in (when the other gentleman who was not O'Neil apparently hadn't even ordered it). Before O'Neil I was to the point I would have advised people to avoid Hyundai at all costs, I was so disgusted. Now however, I can once again recommend that people can go to Hyundai and get good service (at least as long as they go to O'Neil that is). The previous delay of 5 months in getting the part is why I can't rate a 5 out of 5 for customer service (but O'Neil's customer service to me was a 5 out of 5. As I say I forgot the other gentleman's name but I as of now won't go to anyone but O'Neil (unless the come highly recommended by him and he is unavailable, in which case I'd see someone he recommended but otherwise I intend to deal with O'Neil only from now on. More

Just an oil change...so I thought Took my car in for an oil change, and during inspection showed my me cabin air filter and engine air filter. Both fubar'd, got them replaced. Winter salt and crud had messed them up. I had 2 options...clean what was there, and then replace in a few months, or just do it now and save a few bucks. Went for the replace, and was given a discount on the parts. Not a big one, but will save me money in the long run. Its the brakes. They keep us safe. I was told it would take an hour, was done in 40 minutes, Richmond Hill Hyundai service is top notch. Mr. Walker took care of this. "Mo" is also awesome, so friggin' friendly !!! More
