Very Knowledgeable and polite salesperson Jas (Jaspreet) Dealt with Jas Chadda on a new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the product. worst dealership experience ever I have been through multiple cars i have gotten from dealerships and this was the absolute worst experience. They had to truck in a car from another p I have been through multiple cars i have gotten from dealerships and this was the absolute worst experience. They had to truck in a car from another province which was fine however they didn't have the curteosy to tell me when i would receive my car or even what colour it was. I also left the dealership before finding out if i was even financed (after putting a $500 deposit down) with the assurance that i would be notified within the hour whether or not i received the financing. i didn't hear anything from anyone at the dealership for a few days until i started making phone calls. when i showed up to pick up this mystery car i didn't even know what it was i caught them lieing to me saying they contacted me and didn't and when i called them out on it they just simply ignored me to my face. the list goes on and i would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

Installation of Winter Tires I booked an appointment to have my winter tires installed. I had the tires stored with the dealership over the summer. Something happened that made it I booked an appointment to have my winter tires installed. I had the tires stored with the dealership over the summer. Something happened that made it too difficult financially to have the tires installed. I phoned to have the appointment cancelled and to pick up the winter tires. I was planning on using my all-season tires for the winter. Stu,'from the service department,phoned the next day to inquire as to why I had cancelled the appointment. I explained the situation to him and he immediately offer to have the tires installed for free. I have dealt with Stu for many years and I have always been treated fairly. This news really made me feel grateful for having known Stu.I have always trusted Stu. He has always looked after me with fairness and respect. He is not there just to get as much from the customer but to truly help the customer. I'm not the type of person that wants to take advantage of situations like this.but I really appreciate what Stu did for me. A big thank you to Stu and Regina Honda for helping a customer through a bit of a tough spot. More
