Service was quick and efficient I had my car in for the oil change and brake fluid change service. I was able to drop it off early and was called at 11 am when it was completed. Bad service you can anywhere get. Dropped car for oil change at 10 am. Shuttle supposed to pick but got call that shuttle will be one hour late than pickup time. Arranged ride to pick car at 4:30pm didn’ change at 10 am. Shuttle supposed to pick but got call that shuttle will be one hour late than pickup time. Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased a new civic from this dealership and I've never been treated so poorly. They broke numerous laws that govern car dealerships and are currently under investigatio from this dealership and I've never been treated so poorly. Further actions are being taken against them. 2/3 people I dealt with no longer work in those postions anymore. Even have in email the manager throwing his subordinates under the boss trying to blame them for breaking the law to save his own xxx. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
