Met by Shaun and was great at introducing himself and figuring out my needs. Took a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum for a test drive. Loved the vehicle and got down to business. My biggest thing in the deal was I wanted good all weather tires on the vehicle. He engaged Taylor to get me a price on the tires (which was an excellent price) and then we got down to the deal. This was not painful at all and came to a deal in very short order with Elmar being involved. Great delivery by Shaun. The thing that I liked is when there was a bump in the deal he kept me in the loop and contacted me and looked after me, not leaving me wondering what was going on. Overall a great experience. More
