Very enjoyable experience. Made appointment to meet Shaun Jardine and took a 2019 Murano for test drive. Shaun was very knowledgeable about the Murano. I decided to deal on a Pl Made appointment to meet Shaun Jardine and took a 2019 Murano for test drive. Shaun was very knowledgeable about the Murano. I decided to deal on a Platinum instead and was very happy with the negotiation with Shaun and his manager. We got the vehicle we wanted. Didn’t feel pressured at all and the deal was made. I then talked with Heather about the paperwork, she answered all my questions and setup a day to pickup vehicle. The day I picked up my new Murano Platinum I met Dan Voicey who delivered the presentation on all the gadgets and finer points of this vehicle to my wife and I. He was very thorough with the explanation of all the features of the vehicle. He setup our seat memories also which we were very thankful for. We had a very enjoyable experience with from start to finish of purchasing our new vehicle. More
Service Visit My husband and I have bought 3 brand new Nissan vehicles from this location. I have serviced my 2011 Rogue here faithful since its purchase. The communication and level of customer service this week has been nothing short of disappointing. I booked an appointment on Monday for Thursday to have my oil changed along with my breaks looked at. In the course of 4 days, I have spoken to 4 different service personnel. Outside of Russell, I would not recommend speaking to either of the 3 service personnel that I spoke with as they were either unorganized, uniterested or uninformed. The details around my appointment have been wrong or inaccorate and I feel, that if you are going to call someone and tell them to repair items, you should be able to answer basic questions from the customer. It is also sad that on 2 different occasions, I have had to ask 2 different advisors to provide my with quotes of the service orders. Sorry - I don't speak mechanical language but I definatley have the right to be an informed customer. Every other time I have come into the service department there, I have never had to ask for a quote. They have ALWAYS been offered and provided. Lastly, I am a working profession and mother of small children. The benifit of booking appointments is that I can make arrangements for my day. From the moment I booked my appointment on Monday, I stated my return to work time along with my pick up time due to my family scheduled. I was assured this could and would be accomodated. I have now gone from yes, to no, to we can provide you with a car, to no, the shuttle is here, to no we can't gaurantee a pick up time as it is first come first service. I have given up and just arrange alternate transportation to pick up my vehicle. Perhaps look into your phone transerfing services too - in my efforts to work through all this miscommmunication, my calls have been dropped 4 times on top of how many times no one is answering. As a faithful Nissan customer, I deserve better. If I want to have no customer service, Mr. Lube would have been my choice. Do better Red Deer Nissan - the customers of Red Deer are worth it as we will be loyal if treated with honest service and respect. Thank you, Russell for our interactions on the phone. Met by Shaun and was great at introducing himself and figuring out my needs. Took a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum for a test drive. Loved the vehicle and got down to business. My biggest thing in the deal was I wanted good all weather tires on the vehicle. He engaged Taylor to get me a price on the tires (which was an excellent price) and then we got down to the deal. This was not painful at all and came to a deal in very short order with Elmar being involved. Great delivery by Shaun. The thing that I liked is when there was a bump in the deal he kept me in the loop and contacted me and looked after me, not leaving me wondering what was going on. Overall a great experience. More

Our first test drive started off a bit shaky, but we were quickly taken care of and we then test drove the vehicle which we purchased. Both sales people were very welcoming and friendly. Amy was eager to answer all our questions and concerns seeking out the answers from the manager, who answered quickly for us. Daniel was terrific! He was very knowledgeable and easily answered our questions, I easily followed along learning how to operate my vehicle. We looking forward to being Nissan owners!!! More
