My wife and I are moving to a small acreage just outside the city, so our Fiat was not going to be the right vehicle for our new hobby farm. I visited the dealership and met Patrick May, I explained to him what I was looking for and that I had a trade in to consider, I asked him to come up with options and that I would come see him in a few days to test drive and make a deal. Patrick was well prepared upon my return, he showed me several vehicles, which we test drove. We narrowed it down to a beautiful Ram 1500 Longhorn truck, they assed my trade fairly and after getting Yury Kovalchuk (who sold me my two Fiats) involved, they were able to get me the payment and deal I wanted. I always feel that the staff at Pembina Chrysler has me best interest in mind, they listen to what my needs are and try their best to deliver........and in my case, they have delivered on three occassions now. I was looking for the rare and hard to find Honda CRZ with CVT transmission while trading in my Yaris and GTI. Not only did they find me the car I was looking for, the car was in immaculate condition with more options than I expected, super low kilometres and at a great price. Not to mention, they gave me great trade in value for my trades! Literally all my check boxes were checked. Happy, Check. These guys really go the extra mile to make you feel taken care of, and of course...Happy! Every step of the way Derek was giving me updates as to where I was in the car buying process. He always answered my calls right away or called back promptly. Communication was solid and any commitments that were made to me were kept.
