Horrible Customer Service...Don't walk RUN! Very shady business deals that they try to make with you in order to sell any of their vehicles. And to top if off they still want you to sign the contract at the end..even when they ask you to leave. They're very quick to tell you that they are 50 year old men with children therefore they can't rip people off...I'm sorry those are the types of people arrested the most for fraud..besides that has nothing to do with car sales. Recommending to everyone I know not to buy from this place. More

The emission dash light came on so I went to Pembina. They said the filler cap was defective so they sold me a new one and the total price was around $120.00. I asked why so expensive, and they said they had to use an analyser to find the problem and they charge for that. A week or so later they phoned me to ask if I was satisfied with their service. I said no and they asked why. I explained about the charge, so the lady asked if she could have the service manager call me and I said she certainly could have him call. I never heard from him. A salesman called and asked me to come in because they want to buy my Caravan and they can give me a good deal on a new vehicle. I went to see him and he made a proposal that they would be prepared to allow me $13,000 value on my 2009 Caravan that is still under 3 year warranty, and that I paid $32,520.00. There is 42,000 km on it. I guess they know what their product is really worth. More
