I was greeted by Patrick May upon arrival and immediately began going over various off road vehicle options. He almost had me sold on a 1500 ram but after a extended test drive (3 days!) I found the vehicle was to large. After what seemed likes weeks of digging he found me the 2 door Jeep Wrangler of my dreams. Not long after that I was behind the wheel with a great payment option and I've never been happier with my set of wheels. I'm sending my family to Pembina chrysler to see Patrick for their next purchase. More

The one in the west side had a GM that threatened us and was very aggressive and liars. The waverly automall one was just disrespectful. Pembina right when i walked in i was greeted by Patrick May. He is a big guy and could be intimidating but as soon as he spoke to me he was extremely friendly, Respectful and a genuinly nice guy. We explained our budget and that we wanted a brand new vehicle. He and his boss John were straight shooters and flat out told us they could not do it for our budget. They did not try to BS us or anything. We compared prices at other stores and were treated poorly and the other stores BS's us with what could be done in our budget. So we went back to Pembina and we got the best deal we could without games or BS. Patricks boss John told us what price he could do and on what vehicle. It was higher than the original budget but they told us they could not get in budget from the start. They offered different payment options but listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us. They phoned when asked and did not harass us. In the end the deal was made painlessly in a completely respectful way. They were honest the whole time and did not play games. In a couple years i will need another vehicle to replace my other car and i will definitly be using Pembina Dodge and dealing with Patrick and John.
