I recently bought a new 2012 Honda CRV EX. In my research I visited 3 other Honda Dealerships in order to get competitive quotes and in the end Parkway Honda gave me the best offer. Danny Yang was able to give me a very competitive price all in the first quote negotiation without having to dicker back and forth with the new car sales manager. Danny Yang was also very knowledgeable about the functionality and technical aspects of the car. He is the best salesman at Parkway Honda in my mind. He was straight forward with me from the start and kept me up-to-date on my car delivery. I would highly recommend Danny if you are going to Parkway Honda. More

We spent two evenings going dealer to dealer looking for a new car. My current vehicle is beyond repair and we needed to replace it quickly. I can tell you that not all dealerships or sales associates are created equally. Example - we visited one dealership and wandered around for a while, looking for an associate to approach us to offer assistance - there were plenty around. After a few more minutes, we looked at each other and decided to leave. We visited Parkway Honda two evenings in a row. We dealt with Kyle Trumble both evenings. The first evening, Kyle really impressed us with his complete knowledge of the vehicle and his ability to answer any question we had for him. We made Kyle aware that we were already seriously leaning toward a competitor's vehicle. Not once did Kyle display anthing but professionalism - did not say anything negative about the other vehicle or dealership. I contacted Kyle the following day to let him know that we would come in that evening for a test drive and that we would also be test driving the other vehicle that I was heavily favouring. Kyle was so confident in his product that he even offered to drive the CRV to the other dealer so that we could compare them side by side - all done without arrogance - I believed that he believed that Honda had the better product and that we would be won over if we gave it a chance. We made arrangements to come in to test drive the CRV that evening. The test drives of both vehicles went well - I liked them both! We bought the 2012 Honda CRV EX model. The other vehicle had more luxury features, which I really liked, but I can honestly say that what sold us on the Honda were Kyle Trumble, the name Honda, and the design and layout of the dealership. The dealership immediately makes customers feel they are appreciated because of the comfort and amenities they offer. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends in the future. In March 2012 I went in to have my 2008 Honda Civic Serviced and while waiting decided to look around at other cars. I explained that I just recently purchased the 2008 over a year ago and didn't know if it would be worth my while given the balance of my current financing. Over the period of a couple of weeks Josh worked with his manager to find a solution that was suitable and resulted in minimal change to my existing payments that I had before purchasing the 2012. Overall, Josh was very friendly, knowledgable and even made arrangements to reimburse me for a payment that went through on my used car while waiting to finalize the details on the new purchase. Coming from a Customer facing role myself, my expectations, from a customer service perspective are very high...this is the first and last thing that a client will remember about an experience and have to say at the end of the day it was Josh's customer service skills that saved the deal. Last weekend myself and my wife visited Parkway Honda just to see the new cars after receiving their letter about March 2012 special offers without any intention of changing cars.The receptionist said that we have to wait until a sales person is available as all the sales staff is busy attending other customers came with prior appointments.After few minutes receptionist came and introduced us to Sasha. It was Sasha who changed our minds to go for a new car immediately.His professional approach and the technical knowledge blended with friendly nature impressed us to cruise through step by step details,answers to our questions in order to make our final decision without any doubt.He has completed entire transaction promptly and the car was ready to pick up at the time agreed.Finally he came to the new car and went through all new features to make us more comfortable. Initially, I was looking to purchase a 2009 - 2010 Red or Black Honda Civic Si, so I placed a "Wanted Ad for the Civic Si" on Kijiji. After several weeks of searching, I couldn't find this car but Josh had a better idea...a lease for a 2012 Honda Civic Si....something which I had put out of my mind as I didn't think it was in my budget....until I spoke to Josh and the friendly staff at Parkway Honda. Josh was very friendly and spoke to my needs and was eager to help me get what I wanted in my choice of a car, so after he spoke to me about the idea of leasing the 2012 Civic Si, I thought about it some more and he introduced me to the leasing manager who spent an hour or so on the phone with me working out the budget. Finally, he was able to work a wonderful deal for me at a price I could afford and together with Josh, got me into a beautiful 2012 Civic Si with all the options I wanted fairly quickly. Even when they had my aero kit installed and water came on it as it was raining that day, Josh made sure that I had the aero kit fitted on again without any problem.
