I bought 2012 Honda Civic at Parkway Honda. This is my first car and I am really serious for purchasing this time. I really hate bargaining on prices, so that made our experience with this dealer less than ideal. I really don't trust the whole process and feel like rolling my eyes every time a salesperson says "I h experience with this dealer less than ideal. However, most dealerships still feel like they have to use this process. This one is no exception, unfortunately. I love the honda CRV 2012, I like the comfort, the ride, the room. It is my all time favorite car since 1997. I think it looks sleek and classy. His easy-going attitude made finding our car a breeze! Also, Kyle was very thorough in his technical knowledge and was able to answer any questions we had. He made it very easy for us to understand the features in the car we were looking for. We were able to get all the features we wanted -- navigation, bluetooth, dvd player, etc. The delivery process went smoothly and exactly as he explained.
