Great Experience! We contacted Tim to take a used Grand Caravan out for a test drive, to replace our aging van. The test drive was okay, but there were a few things we We contacted Tim to take a used Grand Caravan out for a test drive, to replace our aging van. The test drive was okay, but there were a few things we didn't like about the vehicle. Tim started telling us about the 0% financing on new Grand Caravans, and how we would have a full warranty, all the features we wanted, and we wouldn't have to look at replacing it in 5 years or so - as we would a used van. It took only a few minutes to decide to go with the new van. Carrie was very personable, and helped us set up the financing in short order. We picked the van up about a week later, and are very happy with our choice. We have been dealing with Mac Lang Orillia for many years, through several vehicles, and have always been extremely satisfied with the high level of service we receive, from everyone there. Every visit is a great experience! More

We did however, get an almost new vehicle with barely no km's on it for a fair price. Carrie very clearly loves her job, and it is always so nice to deal with happy people! He wAs very thorough. I would recomend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. We really like the 0 Percent financing permotion. My only complaint would be is they need new and more comfortiable chairs for customers while at dealers desk. Carrie our financing lady was terriffic. Could not say how wonderful she was. She was super friendly, professional, and accomadating to our schedule. She also tryed her hardest to save us money where she could and helped us out with getting us new accessories for our new jeep. We've had our new jeep for a few days now and could not be happier with our new perchase. Drives like a dream. More
