First was a 2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel which I have had many problems with over the first year, though I was in the shop a lot with this truck the staff were always friendly and helpful in the Service Department. When I was reaching the end of my 100,000km warranty I decided trading it in would be best to avoid any out of warranty issues with the Ecodiesel. Went in and saw Tim and told him what it would take for me to buy a new truck. He called me back by the end of that day with a better deal than I could have imagined possible. Carrie is great and has helped make both of my purchases at Mac Lang go very smoothly. No pressure to up-sell, she simply lets you know whats available and lets you make the decision, very unlike other business managers I have dealt with. I will be dealing with Mac Lang for all of my purchases for now. More

He listened and paid attention to what I NEEDED and directed me accordingly. I got exactly the right car (Jeep woohoo!)for even less than I expected to pay. He put up with my incessant questions and 'buyer's anxiety' and I truly feel I received excellent value and excellent service. There was some minor touches that needed to be fixed on the truck before I picked it up and it was completed to my liking.
