The Worst Service Department Ever! Worst Service by the service department I've ever had at a dealership. Service Manager Chuck Houtby should not be allowed to talk to customers , he h Worst Service by the service department I've ever had at a dealership. Service Manager Chuck Houtby should not be allowed to talk to customers , he has NO people skills at all and is blatantly rude. His Mechanic skill are questionable at best! Receptionist had nothing but excuse after excuse. Took my 2+ year old Caravan in for back wheels screeching ... Under warranty of coarse but chuck tells me I blew the back brakes and they must be replaced for $750+ as warranty doesn't cover wear items ... I say impossible that I did this and that it must be some type of defect , he just shrugs like he doesn't care. well after going else where I find that I was right since the one rear brake pad was perfectly fine and had almost no wear and the other side was totally disintegrated. which means HE NEVER checked either the one or both sides at all! otherwise the determination wouldn't have been that I just slam the brakes on all the time and wore them out. It would have been the one side had the calipers seize or something of that nature ... once I confronted him about this new finding I got the " ohh well I don't care " " were not going to do anything for you " and then proceeded to tell me to get out after I said how unacceptable this was. No problem Chuck , I will get out cause there no way I'd ever go to a place that employ's people like you! and by the Way Chuck , you can look forward to a nice lawsuit coming your way because of your improper diagnosis of a vehicle due to your negligence , as well as the Mac Lang Dealership! would Never step foot in that dealership Ever again! Its asking for me to rate there customer service , quality of work and friendliness ... I'm giving ONE star but id like to give Zero stars because even one star is too good for what I've had to deal with , with them! More

great experience all round when I entered the building was greeted warmly and progressed with looking for a new vehicle with Mr. Tim Obee. He had my trade in looked at and then when I entered the building was greeted warmly and progressed with looking for a new vehicle with Mr. Tim Obee. He had my trade in looked at and then went out and got a new Caravan for me to look at. He knew from our conversation what my needs were and brought the perfect an up for me to look at. Went in to see Carrie McCreight and got finacing done immediately. Was given pickup date and finallized the deal.
