Fantastic service! We went to Mac Lang Orillia, to see what we could find in a Dodge Grand Caravan. After giving us sufficient time to browse on our own, Tim Obee came We went to Mac Lang Orillia, to see what we could find in a Dodge Grand Caravan. After giving us sufficient time to browse on our own, Tim Obee came over and introduced himself. We told Tim our "must haves" in a vehicle and Tim found the van on the lot, that fit all our wants and needs. Not once did we ever feel pressured or that Tim was trying to talk us into something different then what we were actually looking for. He listened to us and answered all of our questions. Carrie in the finance office was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She took care of absolutely everything. Having delt with many other dealerships in the past, Mac Lang was definetly the best experience and we will definitely return to them in a couple of years to purchase a new Ram truck! More
