Bad service and a pompous salesman I made an appointment to have my car serviced. I brought it in and gave them 7 hours to change the battery. They never called me back, and when I ca I made an appointment to have my car serviced. I brought it in and gave them 7 hours to change the battery. They never called me back, and when I called them to let them know I was on my way, I was told that they were just working on it and would need to keep it over night. For a battery change!!!! I come back the following day and the told me that my battery was fine and charged me $145 an said they had no idea what was wrong with it. But if it happens again bring it back and they'll look at it and charge me shop rate all over again. So they basically charged me for a new battery to charge mine. When I went out to get my car Gary Dionne yelled across the lot. "Is that your car?" I said "yes." He then said very condescendingly "move it so my customer can get out, thanks!" Everytime I come to this dealership, I feel taken advantage of and Gary Dionne always seems to show up to rub it in. I'm sure if I bought from him, he'd be a nice guy. But since I'm just getting service, I'm not considered a customer. Goodbye oms and thank up Gary for making that a reality. More

I don't usually have my vehicle repaired or serviced at a dealer, as I think $130/ hour for labour is a bit steep. However, a chronic driveability issue with my trusty Astro necessitated a visit to those who know it best. Service adviser John Turner was very polite and professional, as well as genuinely friendly. He was very good about communicating with me, and very accommodating and apologetic when the repair took longer than quoted due to the age of the vehicle. I also had brief dealings with two shuttle drivers and a cashier, all were equally professional and friendly. Overall, my experience dealing with Ontario Motor Sales was entirely positive, I would heartily recommend them. At a time when examples of very poor customer service are common, it's refreshing to deal with people who are very good at what they do, who seem to genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction. Thank you, OMS, I'll be back. More

This dealer absolutely sucks. They sold me a car with a major accident without disclosing. They sold me a car with a outstanding lien on it. The car had constant issues almost every week. Over priced priced crap built by drunk over paid union people that gong give a crap. I will never buy from this company again and would never recommend them. This dealer scammed me and customer service at GM didn't care at all and gave me no support. It's no wonder this company almost went bankrupt. Crap cars. Crap service at a premium price. Hopefully the government won't bail them out with our tax dollars next time these idiots go out of business More

I thought we were picking up a brand new car at O.M.S. with Michel, not a 3 year old Equinox !!!!!! We were treated like gold, the Equinox was cleaned waxed and polished(small scratches and paint chips with Michel, not a 3 year old Equinox !!!!!!
