Used Vehicle I was looking for a particular vehicle on Auto Trader and I found one that I was looking for at Ontario Motor sales in Oshawa. I sent an e-mail to Bra I was looking for a particular vehicle on Auto Trader and I found one that I was looking for at Ontario Motor sales in Oshawa. I sent an e-mail to Brandon and he got back to me the next day. We had several conversations via e-mail then I was asked to call the sales manager, Scott Smith. I called and arranged a date to view the truck. I drove to Oshawa and met Mich and Scott. We viewed the truck and they saw my trade in. We agreed on a price and everything went smoothly. I wanted additional add ons and Mich looked after the service work, add ons with their service dept. scheduling etc. I picked my new truck early the next week with no issues More

Mike Hayes was really quick at responding to me on a long weekend about an inquiry that I had online about the vehicle that I had purchased, and he got me in as soon as he could so I could take the car out for a test drive. When going through the actual purchase of the vehicle he was very descriptive and made everything crystal clear so I knew what I was getting. The atmosphere in the dealership was amazing, they did a really good job on cleaning the car up before I came to pick it up, and before I left Mike took me through a little bit of a walk through of the vehicle by showing me some of the features and how to use the stereo, little things that most people would probably look over. Overall I would really recommend this dealership to all my friends and anyone who is looking to purchase a car. They were great and I cant wait to go back to buy another, hopefully brand new next time ! More

Mich went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. he asked me what I was planning on using the truck for after I told him I wanted the crew cab, inst to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. he asked me what I was planning on using the truck for after I told him I wanted the crew cab, instead he showed me the extended cab and I quickly realized I did not need the crew cab. He knew my price range and did everything he could to get me there. He was very friendly and would always call and ask if I was enjoying the truck. He even went out of his way to deliver a tonneau cover to my house. I'm extremely satisfied with his service and would recommend him to everyone and would definitely go back there myself.
