I was buying my first car and had did a bit of research. I had a good idea of what I was looking for, and after speaking with Mich, I was reassured in my decision. He answered all my questions quickly and patiently. When I went to pick up the car I arrived to find him putting the final touches on and going over it to make sure everything was perfect. Mich was fantastic, and though I didn't speak with anyone else at great length, everyone at the dealership I did encounter was amazingly friendly, helpful, and kind. It's a vast, well equipped dealership that I would recommend to anyone looking for quality and value. More

I am so upset ,I previously called to book a oil and filter, semi annual check up and I also requested to have my car do a quick test around the block for a noise that I was hearing, I also confirmed wi filter, semi annual check up and I also requested to have my car do a quick test around the block for a noise that I was hearing, I also confirmed with the service booking that I would not be charged for the quick test. Today I took my car because the noise was getting louder, the service advisor said he didnt know anything about this (although I had called to confirm same day to come in) he took my keys and told me to have a seat. later he came and told me what the problem was and when I went to get my car key I was charged for a diagnostic test. My problem is when I first called to book I was told no charge for the quick test, second when I checked in no diagnostic fee/ technician fee was ever mentioned to me this was done after the fact which never give me the choice to proceed or not. Third I was never taken in the car for the quick test. More

I needed a car quick, affordable, used, low mileage, as I had a car accident and mine was written off. My Husband and I are pensioners so we did not want to spend too much, and this was not a planned purcha had a car accident and mine was written off. My Husband and I are pensioners so we did not want to spend too much, and this was not a planned purchase. My Saturn was a 2001, great shape with only 93,000 kms. so we wanted someing comparable. Michel Lanteigne found us a 2007 Aura Saturn, XE Sedan, fully loaded, leather interior, and with only 57,888 kms. This car had only one owner, and looks fantastic. They took care of everything for me, as I have back pain from the accident, so was unable to visit the shop much. Michel was great to go over all the new features of the new car and and gave me a tour of the service centre, so that I would be comfortable when I come in for my first, free oil change. Loved the warrenties that came with the car too. Everyone is so helpful there. More

My daughter bought a used 2009 Uplander fron Ontario Motor Sales and was told before she bought it that that it had a 3 month bumper to bumper warranty on it. The salesman had told my husband the same Motor Sales and was told before she bought it that that it had a 3 month bumper to bumper warranty on it. The salesman had told my husband the same thing as we had test drove it as well. When she took it in for service she was told that she only had 30 days so some things would not be covered. If they had told her the warranty was only 30 days she would have taken it in before that date. I think Ontario Motor Sales should look into their used car business practices. I drive a G.M. car but after the way my daughter has been treated it will be the last G.M. car that we purchase. More
