Too Little Too Late Updated from July 8th: Went to have brakes checked as we were pressing on it too much before it engages while driving and was advised to have rear pad Updated from July 8th: Went to have brakes checked as we were pressing on it too much before it engages while driving and was advised to have rear pads and rotors replaced. When I picked up, the amount charged was different from discussed over the phone. They said it was because of tax but I specifically asked that it included tax over the phone as I even checked my credit card to make sure I have enough. Then they surprised me saying the emergency brake cables need to be replaced. They never mentioned this on the phone. They said someone drove the car with the ebrake on. Given my husband wasn't there to confirm that he never drove with it on, I let it pass. I was wary why he was mentioning it only now as I was already there for pickup. And he says I don't need it and just use park( transmission) . He mentioned not to use it as it might seize up and they adjusted it so it wouldn't lock up my rear brakes. So after 2 days of not using this at all, my husband drove the car and told me our handbrake doesn't work at all. When on neutral the car rolls and when you pull on the lever it's unusually high. The service department has called back since to explain and they said it's not broken but they adjusted it so that it won't lock up so it will not engage and if we really wanted the emergency brake we can bring it in again to adjust. I appreciate the call back but the explanation given to us is a bit late. There is a huge difference between potentially locking up and not working. I did not make a fuss about the incorrect quote over the phone as it can just be an honest mistake, but the roundabout explanation they gave me for the handbrake is something they should think about changing. When they were explaining this to me at pick-up I specifically asked 'So it doesn't work?'. The answer should have been a plain 'Yes'. I would rather they be blunt and direct to the point. At least I could have dealt with it then and there. I have two kids I drive around in this car and I feel safer having a working ‘emergency’ brake if ever I need it. I meant to give a good review as I especially enjoyed the shuttle pickup service and they may just be doing their jobs but they made decisions for me without telling me. I don't hold a grudge but I don't see myself coming back anytime soon either. More
Customer Service Experience On 3 July,2018, I happened to go to Northwest Toyota Brampton dealership to see used Lexus 2015, which was through some reference. I was sent to sale On 3 July,2018, I happened to go to Northwest Toyota Brampton dealership to see used Lexus 2015, which was through some reference. I was sent to sales person David Oommen. He was so unprofessional and that was horrible experience for my life. After he showed me the vehicle which looked to me that he didn’t want to sell that. After I enquired if I can trade my BMW X5, he took me to his desk. Without informing me that how much time it takes, he started doing paper work and started interviewing me as if I am being interrogated. I told him that I am in hurry, he then called another sales person then both of them went for test drive for around 8 minuets. After coming back , he again took 10 minuets. Total it took around 40 minuets. He then assessed the price of my vehicle for $1000 and he did not even ask me if I am interested to buy that Lexus. That was such a humiliating experience for me that I could never expect that how customers are being treated there if they go see used vehicles. Writing the review if other clients should not be treated like this. Thanks. More

Pleasant Experience Always - Great Staff!! I have been a Northwest Toyota customer for many years now. For years now I have met with Deborah Roberts. She has been a god send to me!. Deborah will go to any lengths to help me and make sure that I am happy with my purchase. I have reffered her to many people and everyone of my friends just loves her, She is beautiful and smart!! I will give a shout out to Gill who has explained many of the features that my cars have had and showed me gadgets that I would never have figured out. Lastly, Frank Macri is so accommodating to me, He is the only person I will go to in service and he helps me even though he is in another area!! Northwest Toyota has been like family to me. My daughter just bought a new car there and she is trilled with everyone she has dealt with from Deborah to Frank and Gill. Thank you for your great service and yummy cookies!!! More

One day I will get my Prius that I have wanted since switching to Toyota in 2013 from Honda. It is worth going into the dealer to see what is new and how Toyota stands the test of time. More

Great Experience It was time for a new vehicle and at first Toyota was not a front runner in what I wanted. I went to Northwest Toyota and immediately was greeted and It was time for a new vehicle and at first Toyota was not a front runner in what I wanted. I went to Northwest Toyota and immediately was greeted and treated with the utmost respect by one of their sales representatives Brandon Fragale. He was very professional and answered every single question and concern that i had. His knowledge of the product was unbelievable and made my decision on leasing the brand new 2018 Camry that much easier. He made sure everything was a smooth and hassle free experience while at the same time calling me almost everyday to follow up on the next steps of my purchase as well as the status of the vehicle. I went through Unhaggle Premium I recently leased a 2017 Toyota 86 through Northwest Toyota and it was the most pain free car purchase I've ever had. I went through Unhaggle Premium (Paid Service) and Northwest Toyota gave me the best price on the 86. Put my deposit down online and was called the next day by Tony Brandao who is in charge of fleet sales. He got all my information etc and then I was transferred over to Karen Mallinos also in the fleet department who took care of the rest. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with as well and took care of all my requests (vehicle prep etc.). I spent under an hour total at the dealership as the majority was done through email and phone but during the whole process it was relaxed and straight forward. Definitely would recommend them. More
