Worst experience It was my first experience with North west Toyota dealership and I still rue the day I chose to visit them for the service of my RAV4. The lady at the It was my first experience with North west Toyota dealership and I still rue the day I chose to visit them for the service of my RAV4. The lady at the service counter foxed me with the service issues and since I am a new immigrant, I trusted her blindly. After submitting my vehicle with them for service (maintenance, oil change, filter change, brakes etc), I got a call from the lady after an hours time that the front boot on the drivers side is broken and needs replacement costing $575.00 and I refused to go with that. They did the rest of the service and I went to a local dealer to get that boot replaced. During the replacement of the boot on the same day we found that the bolt from the front caliper which is a part of disc brake system was missing and it could have resulted in an accident. The negligence on the part of service guys could have resulted in a major mishap. I would not recommend anyone to visit this dealership for any service, after seeing this negligence. Worst experience This is my 1st experience .... I called in around 10 days back to book my recall service and I was given couple of Saturday's to choose from and I cho This is my 1st experience .... I called in around 10 days back to book my recall service and I was given couple of Saturday's to choose from and I chose one of the Saturday's as the day .... service lady took all my details and everything looked great .... but it was the beginning of the worst experience. Nobody called me to reconfirm the appointment and when I called in on my appointment date, they amazed me by saying that there's no appointment booked for my recall. I rescheduled my other commitments to accommodate this recall but to my horror they simply said there's no appointment for me .... even asked for the service manager, Tony, but was told that he's busy!! If this is the way these guys treat their customers then I'm sorry to say that they're in the wrong business. They've a don't care attitude which is very surprising in today's world .... for sure I'll keep my business away from this dealership and will definitely share my bad experience with all my family and friends. Won't bother going to this dealership. Wish I'd the option of negative rating. More

DECEIVING DURING SALES Bought certified toyota 2014 from Northwest Toyota Brampton when they sold i asked if it has any issue or any thing painted there answer was no every Bought certified toyota 2014 from Northwest Toyota Brampton when they sold i asked if it has any issue or any thing painted there answer was no every thing is fine. they certified it and when i went to dealership yesterday for service i found big bump in bumper i asked the service associate she called mechanic any they checked it they told bumper was painted before. this make me feel deceived as this fact was kept hidden from me as only professional can tell the difference which i cannot spot. Now as car is bought already if i need change i have to pay for it. so dealership has to take care of it or tell truth during sale of certified toyota. very unhappy on hidden facts by dealership during sales.
