Please avoid this dealership PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP , I went to this dealership on Oct 16th to lease Toyota Camry and these sales people are full of xxxxx( Mohammad Omar F PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP , I went to this dealership on Oct 16th to lease Toyota Camry and these sales people are full of xxxxx( Mohammad Omar Farooq). They took my $500 deposit and when i asked me the refund Mr Farooq walked away with an arrogant attitude. I told him that i am not going forward with his deal and wants my money back but he did not even apologize/nor talk to me. Wish if i could give 0 star specifically to Omar Farooq. I did not even sign on any bill of sale still these guys are not refunding my money. MR MOHAMMAD OMAR FAROOQ is Liar, dishonest and Egoistic Person.He will talk in native language just to convince you I really don't care about money when it comes to customer service and luckily , i was able to see the actual face of Mr Sales Manager Mohammad Omar Farooq before even signing the bill of sale. Earlier, before putting a deposit he explained that $500 would be refundable but as soon as i put $500 to them, he just changed and said that now $500 is not refundable . .This dealership should be closed now as people like Mr Farooq are there to steel your money. God Bless him with my $500 More
