I was customer for last 8 years. But this was my worst experience. I warn , please if you go there ask everything in writing while dropping your vehicle. The warranty guy wouldn't call back. I've been coming here for several years. Their actual work is good, sometimes it takes longer but the waiting room is comfortable and they offer free I've been coming here for several years. I first used the online chat service, but no one has called me back. I then used the email, but they just replied with the phone number to call. When you call them, they are often too busy to pick up, they ask you to leave a message. Then they don't call back until the next day. I have already given them the information about the service I need via chat, email, and phone messages several times. I then have to explain to the person again. She then said I need to talk to the warranty specialist. This one person is the linchpin of the whole problem. He doesn't call back. He leaves early. I have been trying to find this guy Friday afternoon last week. I called and called from 9 am, I've given up by 4:40 pm when he once again left early. It gives me the impression that they think my time has no value. I can not believe I have been trying to secure an appointment since January. In the end, I called another dealer farther away and they were able to answer my questions and secure an appointment right away. I will not be coming back here. More

Poor Experience I bought Toyota Matrix 09 from North West Toyota in 2012 and there was problem in engine Oil consumption. Toyota Canada sent the letter and advised to I bought Toyota Matrix 09 from North West Toyota in 2012 and there was problem in engine Oil consumption. Toyota Canada sent the letter and advised to go to the dealer. I went to this dealer for engine oil consumption checkup two times and this dealer on both occasions said everything is good and one day all of sudden, the engine busted on highway No action has been taken by this dealer and Toyota Canada. Please make sure your safety. I was lucky to survive on hIgihway More
