Last year, I moved my vehicle service from Silverhill Acura to Northwest Acura Calgary location and I am very happy about my decision. Recently repaired my vehicle at Northwest Acura dealership (alternator and tensioner), they supplied the parts at a reasonable price. Service team was very thorough regarding the investigation of the problem that my vehicle was facing. Their service and parts teams go hand in hand to provide you with the best customer experience. It was a rainy day and yet they provided complimentary car wash and uber pick up. Shout out to Alan in parts and Danny in service team who went beyond my expectations. Highly recommend Northwest Acura team for all your vehicle needs. Great people, amazing service, and customer satisfaction. More

I submitted a quote request for a set of winter tires over a month ago and still haven’t received any response or confirmation. I’ve called, emailed, and chatted with their online service multiple times, over a month ago and still haven’t received any response or confirmation. I’ve called, emailed, and chatted with their online service multiple times, yet no one has been able to provide even a basic update. Last Friday, I was finally contacted by a sales manager named Richard, who mentioned what’s shown in the attached text message. There was indeed a call from Northwest Acura that afternoon — but before I could even answer, the call was disconnected, and no one bothered to leave a voicemail or follow up since then. Frankly, this level of service is beyond disappointing. My family has been loyal customers of Northwest Acura for over fifteen years and have purchased no fewer than four MDXs from this dealership. It’s hard to believe that long-time customers can now be treated this way. I’m not just disappointed — I’m angry. This experience has completely changed my perception of your dealership, and I will not be doing business with Northwest Acura again. More

I am leaving a review to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at North West Acura Calgary . As a Acura customer, I had high expectations for the level of professional dissatisfaction with the service I received at North West Acura Calgary . As a Acura customer, I had high expectations for the level of professionalism and service provided at your dealership, but unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of those expectations. After purchasing a used MDX that I was ensured went through mechanical fitness and repairs were suppose to be completed I found out within 300km of driving this wasn't the case. Multiple error codes came up on the dash which prompt me to contact dealership who denied any wrong doing and condescendingly told me "I should of bought extended warranty. This isn't a vehicle I drove for months, this was a vehicle with issues within 7 days. I offered to meet dealership half way which would of been less than $650 (each) to fix mechanical issues, was denied. Customer service at North West Acura isn't their top priority, if you are looking to purchase a new or used Acura I would strongly suggest options in the city. More
Service Desk struggles to explain the rationale for recommended services A and B. Just get your oil changed and your tires rotated somewhere else that's cheaper. Warranty does not cover checking to see why engine lights go on (if they fix something related, warranty covers that) but otherwise, even when the car is on warranty, you have to pay them to find nothing wrong and turn the light off. BUYER BEWARE Acura Plus is a scam at best. You can purchase 6 yr coverage on a 2015 TLX bought used in 2019 that when you try and use it they tell you the coverage ended in 2021. Four years expired the day you bought the extended coverage. Very poor business ethics even for a car dealer. More
