Poor Service and customer feedback I had my 2016 F150 in for a noise in the right front wheel, which I thought sounded like a wheel bearing. I picked the truck up two days later and as I had my 2016 F150 in for a noise in the right front wheel, which I thought sounded like a wheel bearing. I picked the truck up two days later and as I was driving home the noise was still there. I returned to the dealership and was told they repaired the transfer case and front hub but they think the noise is a bearing in the front differential and if they had fixed that ford wouldn't have paid for it. I am VERY disappointed - your agreement with Ford should not impact me. When I picked up the truck no one said the problem had not been fixed leading me to believe that they thought that I wouldn't notice it. Now I have to travel back to the dealership and be without my truck again after I drive it with the noise for 1000kms as requested by the dealership. More

I did find out for the first time about something needed, that wasn't part of the prepaid plan. The recommended wheel alignment. I had no issue with this and was glad to have it explained. During this visit, they also tried to locate a replacement connector for the removable part of my trunk, as one of the two had fallen out of mine. They could not locate one, but have ordered a connector for me. Overall everything went smoothly, they labelled and stored my winter tires and rims, so I know they are safe. I am always satisfied with the service. More

Incredible customer service! When I went in to Ford to try to find a new (for me) vehicle, I was blown away by the incredible customer service that was shown to me. As soon as I w When I went in to Ford to try to find a new (for me) vehicle, I was blown away by the incredible customer service that was shown to me. As soon as I walked in, Casey greeted me and knew exactly what I was looking for and took it for a test drive with me; he was willing to sit in the back seat so that the person that went with me was able to join in the test drive, and when he didn't want to go for the test drive, Casey got to sit in the big boy seat! Casey was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was looking to purchase, and was able to answer any and all questions I had. When I had to go in to the office to sign paperwork Casey offered me a beverage every time, and was so excited when I finally accepted one. Dealing with the financial aspect was a little tricky for me. I knew that I needed to finance the vehicle and I was apprehensive about that, but as soon as I met Jaclyn all my apprehension was gone! Jaclyn went absolutely above and beyond to get me the financing I needed to get my car and I appreciate it more than she knows. Jaclyn was very quick to get back to me when I called with a question or concern, which was quite often. I was especially impressed when she remembered things that I mentioned and would ask me how they turned out. It made me feel like she really paid attention to me, even when I didn't realise that I told her. Overall, I would recommend Northway Ford to every person that is looking at purchasing a vehicle, whether new or used. The customer service is excellent, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the team works so well together to get you the vehicle you want. I love my Ford Fusion! More
