Warranty work We bought a brand new 2015 Ford Focus (last one on the lot) just a few months ago and after a month I noticed a pulsation on the brake pedal. Northwa We bought a brand new 2015 Ford Focus (last one on the lot) just a few months ago and after a month I noticed a pulsation on the brake pedal. Northway replaced both front rotors, no questions asked. They said because the car sat for an extended time on the lot a little rust had developed on the rotors causing the pulsation to occur. Thanks John Hughes and Tammy Andujar for dealing with that issue for us, we really appreciate it. More
Friendly, professional and courteous Visiting Northway Ford we were made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Our intension was to look at and possibly purchase a used 2016 F150 but after me Visiting Northway Ford we were made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Our intension was to look at and possibly purchase a used 2016 F150 but after meeting with John Bolt we found out it had been sold already. It was a disappointment and a blessing in one I guess because the new 2017 F150,s looked so nice. After a talk with John, getting answers to many of our questions and a test drive we were filing an application for financing. We were approved in less than an hour. Everything was easy from talking to John and the others at the dealership to picking up the keys and driving away in our new truck. It's been a week and we're still excited. The staff at this dealership are very accommodating, friendly and courteous. It would be a pleasure to recommend them to any of our friends and family should they need to purchase a vehicle. More

Tire change over only Tammy said it would take about 30 or 40 minutes to changeover tires on rims. Took the time to circle the lot, Chad Murphy came out to speak to me. ( Tammy said it would take about 30 or 40 minutes to changeover tires on rims. Took the time to circle the lot, Chad Murphy came out to speak to me. ( as he always does), he really looks after his customers. I had a coffee and next thing you know, Tammy is looking for me, my truck is ready. I'm on the way in 45 minutes as Tammy stated, nice to drop in and say hello and see what is new. Will be back, always feel welcomed. More

Worst experience and they don't care Northwest Ford in Brantford and great at selling a you a car. I bought 5 over three years BUT when you have a problem they will try and out you off un Northwest Ford in Brantford and great at selling a you a car. I bought 5 over three years BUT when you have a problem they will try and out you off until your warranty is over. Infotainment screen would go black at 5 times a day. Shuts everything off. It went in 9 times for this same problem and they kept telling me it was fixed but 'let's see what happens this time'. The very last time it was was in the screen xxxx off before I was even out off parking lot so I went back in and got my rental (that I pay for in my extended ford package) and when they called me the next day they told me it was as my phone. And they said it with a straight face. I picked up my car reset my phone and had the same problems. My service rep told the service manager it was fixed and I was very happy. Yes I was so happy I went next door to Honda and bought a new vehicle from them. My salesman and the General manager heard my frustration and anger as I wasn't quiet when I was there but apparently they don't think that a defective vehicle is their problem. You are truly on your own with a problem. NEVER AGAIN. DO yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE else. More
