How hard is it to sell a Lincoln Navigator? I originally went into Northway back in 2011 looking for a Lincoln Navigator, they did not have one then, nor did they ever follow up with my enquiry. I originally went into Northway back in 2011 looking for a Lincoln Navigator, they did not have one then, nor did they ever follow up with my enquiry. I purchased an Infiniti QX56. I recently went back to Northway to see the 2018 Navigator. I was told they did not have one, but would contact me when they did. It was explained that people just order them, sight unseen, at $100k, not this guy. I left my name and number, the sales rep never called back. Online the Lincoln website showed over 20 units within 60kms. A couple of weeks later I received a call from the Northway ambassador asking how my experience was and if they could help me in any way. I asked why the website shows over 20 vehicles with 60kms, while I am told there are none, and they are very hard to get, I asked about pulling in a vehicle from another dealer. I never heard back again. Why bother having an ambassador look into contact management and dealer satisfaction if there is no follow through? I purchased the 2018 Navigator elsewhere. That's about $200k in lost business, for simply not call handling your prospective customers. Lincoln needs to seriously up their dealership game, with training, training and more training. More

Left me with a flat tire and endless phone calls. Did not buy my truck here, bought at Brant County Ford. Took my truck in for an oil change and informed the service advisor that my front passenger s Did not buy my truck here, bought at Brant County Ford. Took my truck in for an oil change and informed the service advisor that my front passenger side tire was leaking. They checked it and told me that there was a nail and that it would be a $25 charge to repair it. I was fine with this, and at the same time they rotated my tires for me (this tire now ending up on the passenger side rear). Two days later driving on the highway my low pressure warning comes on, I notice the handling of the truck has changed. I pull over only to notice that my passenger rear tire is almost flat, a scary situation driving on the highway at 100 km/h. I managed to limp the truck off the highway and to get it to the dealership so they could have a look. That nail that they charged me to remove, it was still there, no plug in the tire, no repair. They charged me $25 and sent me on my way with a nail in my tire. I took the truck to a tire shop where they took the tire off the rim and removed and repaired the nail and hole. Now, after one oil change at Northway I have received numerous mail correspondence and weekly unsolicited automated phone calls telling me to come in for trade in promotions and VIP deals. Why would I consider purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that would send me on my way in an unsafe vehicle and charge me for services not rendered. More

Customer Service?? Called Stacey a few weeks ago, gathering some information about a F150 I am looking at. Had no problem on helping me over the phone. The very next day when i wanted him to price out another vehicle (with a different engine) he didn't want to help me and asked me "what am i trying to accomplish". I've never spoken to a salesman that has treated me with such dis-respect. Even though he hasn't met me nor seen my trade I felt like he gave up on helping me and wanted to push me aside because I wasn't buying today. He still said "I'll call you back if anything happens on boxing day" but here I am on Dec 31st and still no call? Maybe this dealership is paying him too much money for having 5 kids and all??? DEFINATELY won't be dealing with this jerk, hopefully everyone else on this page gets the message.. #goodluck!! More
