used car sales "SAINT" i had the pleasure of dealing with Molly Depaulo to purchase my used ford escape.I had been researching this suv for some time till i found this parti i had the pleasure of dealing with Molly Depaulo to purchase my used ford escape.I had been researching this suv for some time till i found this particular one in Brantford On at Northway Ford Lincoln.Molly had the patience of a saint to follow this sale all the way through to the end.It was a lengthy one as i was pretty much buying the suv sight unseen save a visit from my son,about 120 back and forth emails with multiple photo spreads as well LOL.When i finally made the 5.5 hour trip down to pick up the suv it was sitting waiting for me clean as a whistle inside and out gas tank full and pretty much ready for the long journey back to sudbury.The sale is now complete and Molly is still working to make sure i get all the requested records of service to me.You don't find service like this to often anymore.Thank You Molly for a job well done More

Best experience buying a car We've been in search for a SUV and hadn't found what we wanted and also dealt with overally pushy sale people. Ashley was a nice break from that. Great selection, fair prices, moderate customer service I purchased a used vehicle at Northway Ford after much online research. I had to travel to see the vehicle in person and found their hours were very a I purchased a used vehicle at Northway Ford after much online research. I had to travel to see the vehicle in person and found their hours were very accommodating. The people working at the dealership were patient as I test drove multiple vehicles on a Friday evening. The dealership holds themselves out as being a one price dealer, which I felt was an avoidance tactic to avoid negotiating. Perhaps I'm just old school but large transactions should always have some room to negotiate. Based on shopping around throughout Ontario, I will say that the price was reasonable and Northway does not pile on hidden fees like some dealers. Despite having well communicated plans, I was kept waiting at the dealership for over an hour the drive I arrived to take ownership of the vehicle. Ultimately my experience left a bit to be desired. I drove away with the vehicle I wanted feeling ok but not great about my experience. I would recommend Northway Ford due to their selection and prices. Ask for Dustin: he's pleasant and not the annoying type of salesman who fills your inbox or voicemail. More
