I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on the unprofessional and lack of courteousness I received at this location. I've just looked up Car Nation's mission statement and it states "2. Mission Statement 2.1. At Car Nation Canada, our Family of Dealerships provides industry leading automotive sales and service experiences by treating every customer and employee like family. We exceed expectations by providing superior customer service, supporting our communities and employing the most talented people in the industry.You will come in as a customer and leave as family." I've seen first hand if that's how they treat family I'm glad I was born into the one I have. Brad Duarte was aware I was driving from over an hour away and had an appointment booked. I arrived and said he sold the car 2 hours before. That's fine, it happens....but he didn't bother to text, email or call and let me know. Gas is not cheap, time is not easily wasted in my life. I couldn't imagine a more disrespectful way to lose future business. His response was "head shrug, meh I was too busy". A text is about 30 seconds. What a disappointment to be treated like a nothing individual. More
