My fiancé and I had a great experience working with Ashley to purchase our pre-owned Fiat 500X Trekking. She was friendly and thorough in answering all of our questions, and we got a fantastic trade-in deal for our two older cars. The dealership ensured that the Fiat was in great shape when we picked it up, and it truly feels and looks like a new car despite being pre-owned. Ashley went above and beyond for us as well, from calling the local Fiat dealership to ask about the cost of purchasing a second key, to emailing us some information for insurance on behalf of the finance department. Mya from finance was also really helpful and made sure that we felt comfortable and knowledgeable of all our options for financing and insurance. We exceed expectations by providing superior customer service, supporting our communities and employing the most talented people in the industry.You will come in as a customer and leave as family." I've seen first hand if that's how they treat family I'm glad I was born into the one I have. Brad Duarte was aware I was driving from over an hour away and had an appointment booked. I arrived and said he sold the car 2 hours before. That's fine, it happens....but he didn't bother to text, email or call and let me know. Gas is not cheap, time is not easily wasted in my life. I couldn't imagine a more disrespectful way to lose future business. His response was "head shrug, meh I was too busy". A text is about 30 seconds. What a disappointment to be treated like a nothing individual. More
