My fiancé and I had a great experience working with Ashley to purchase our pre-owned Fiat 500X Trekking. We found the ad for the Fiat on Auto Trader and Ashley immediately responded to our inquiry, off Ashley to purchase our pre-owned Fiat 500X Trekking. We found the ad for the Fiat on Auto Trader and Ashley immediately responded to our inquiry, offering to meet with us right away. She was friendly and thorough in answering all of our questions, and we got a fantastic trade-in deal for our two older cars. The dealership ensured that the Fiat was in great shape when we picked it up, and it truly feels and looks like a new car despite being pre-owned. Ashley went above and beyond for us as well, from calling the local Fiat dealership to ask about the cost of purchasing a second key, to emailing us some information for insurance on behalf of the finance department. Mya from finance was also really helpful and made sure that we felt comfortable and knowledgeable of all our options for financing and insurance. Overall, it was a really positive experience and we love our new-to-us car! More
