I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They offered a trade value on my Ram, but dropped the value dramatically when my new Maverick finally arrived. In my opinion they just wanted the order for the Maverick and had no intention of honouring the quoted trade value knowing they could just sell my Maverick to someone else....maybe at a higher price? And the salesman also called me months before my Maverick arrived to say it was ready, but he had the wrong customer...and now I get this email congratulating me on my new Maverick and asking me to write a review. Really? Well here's my review; unprofessional, dishonest and disorganized. Nice job Northway Ford. More
