I purchased a 2014 Cadillac SRX from this dealership. I discovered that safety had been completed without checking the breaks when I went to pick up my car. They only replaced the front breaks after I complained. The day after I drove my automobile, it began producing strange noises when shifting from second to third gear. After I complained about it, I was informed that it was a recognised problem. I was told to take my vehicle to GMC because the model had been recalled. I drove my vehicle to GMC. They examined it and told me that there was no recall for this component and that a $4000 fix would be required. I was also assessed a $250 inspection fee. Once more, I asked the salesperson to either fix the problem or take it back. I have yet to hear a response back from them despite the salesperson saying it would be handled 15 days ago. Very poor customer service, and they don't want to talk to you after selling the automobile. Regrettably, I can only offer them 1 star. I do not advise purchasing a car from this dealership. More
