The most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. My experience with Northway spanned 7 months and 2 separate failed factory orders (I gave them a second chance) and including every last negative de My experience with Northway spanned 7 months and 2 separate failed factory orders (I gave them a second chance) and including every last negative detail here is pointless. Further, the only real result will be someone from CarNation responding below with a number; much like the other bad reviews that I should have taken far more seriously when searching for a dealership to work with. The standouts: -Almost no communication from anyone who works there regarding anything, and when you do push for it, it’s from a General Manager who insists on using only text messages -Staff will blatantly lie when something goes wrong; ie, they damage the vehicle after delivery and blame it on Ford, drive it out of town and deny it, start altering prices agreed to months earlier, order it wrong, etc. -Staff cannot function without constant referral to the GM for approval -If confronted about the above, they become needlessly aggressive in what I assume is an effort to kill the deal so they can sell your order to someone else for more money. They were not discrete about this, I was told outright (through text message...) they would prefer to sell the vehicle at retail and had someone else in mind. This was indeed the exact outcome At least they gave me my deposit back. I had to badger their parent company and involve OMVIC, but I must admit they sent it. More
