I recently leased a 2013 Ford F150 from Northway Ford Lincoln Ltd. I have had some bad experiences with many other car dealerships and I am a little "gun shy" about looking for vehicles. The moment we entered the dealership, I felt very comfortable. Joe Gifford introduced himself politely and was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. He listened to my husband and I, what we needed from a vehicle, colour, features etc. He went above and beyond the call to make sure that we had everything that we had hoped for. I know that they ran into trouble finding exactly what we were looking for but were relentless until every wish was fulfilled. I would also like to say thank you to Paul Tavarnesse as we know he was responsible for the exhausting search for the perfect vehicle. Joe kept us posted every step of the way, what he said he was going to do, he did in spades and we very much appreciate his friendly attitude and personable manners.
