When we arrived at Northway we were not expecting to buy a new vehicle. We met Joe who was amazing. Super friendly and NOT pushy at all. I guess some people like that but not us. We didn't see much on the used side so we decided just to test drive the new Ford Focus. We really liked the manual one. Two days later we bought our first ever new car. We love our new car. Elise was also super friendly and very easy to understand and talk to. She walked us through all the steps and had everything all organized at the time of pick up. In the fall we are also going to be looking for possibly another vehicle. I hope that moving forward this relationship we have started is going to be long lasting and just as fantastic as our first experience. Thank you Northway it's appreciated. Thank you Joe! More

Two weeks ago we purchased a new 2013 Ford Edge from Joe (and Lori) at Northway Ford. We had visted several Ford dealerships in the surrounding area, and although we are from the Kitchener/Waterloo region w (and Lori) at Northway Ford. We had visted several Ford dealerships in the surrounding area, and although we are from the Kitchener/Waterloo region with several dealerships much closer to us than Northway Ford, the customer service and overall buying experience was unmatched (not to mention the Sunday hours!) which is why we decided to buy from them. From the very start Joe took care of us... allowing us to test drive multiple times, answering all of our questions (we had an older vehicle to trade-in), staying late to meet with us, and taking a no hassle approach. Joe was very friendly/reasonable/honest/approachable and quite possibly the best salesperson that I have had the pleasure of working with (previous to the Edge I had purchased 3 vehicles and so have had various new car buying experiences). When it came time to talk dollars, we worked with Lori. The positive experience continued and Lori did a fantastic job of presenting all of our options, walking us through the various plans, answering all of our questions, and ensuring that everything was clearly communicated and understood. When the time came to take delivery of our new Edge, the vehicle was in pristine condition and we couldn't have been any happier. If you are looking to purchase a (CUV/SUV type) vehicle, then I would highly recommend the Ford Edge for excellent value/quality/ride (and it's made locally!). For an outstanding buying experience, I would also highly recommend going to Northway Ford and asking for Joe and Lori. In a few years when the time comes to replace our aging second vehicle, we will be sure to pay Joe and Lori another visit... More

Your on a trip, your car is making bad noises, it's Saturday afternoon; who ya gonna call? Northway Ford! We drove right in, and the service advisor said they could look at it right away.
