Purchasing my new F150 XTR was thru Stacey and Elise was the as pleasant as it could get and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. First Stacey assisted me to determine if it would be better to upgrade to a newer used truck or just buy new, and in the end Stacey was correct......buying new was the way to go. Then, when I arrived at Northway Ford, Elise already had all of the paperwork completed and ready for signing without delay. I have to say, this was one of the smoothest transactions I have done and both Stacey and Elise were very professional thru-out the process. More

I had a show car in "mint" condition to sell privately but found Northway willing to give me a very good price on my vehicle. Andrew was the first sales person I spoke to and he was very in tune with my needs. I really appreciated his knowledge, enthusiasm for cars and time he spent with my wife and I. I shopped around a lot, and Northway was the only dealership that was willing to go out of their way to give me a great deal. Paul Tavernese, the General Manager, is hands down the most down to earth salesman I know! He did everything in his power to give me the best deal possible, and he did so in the most straight forward and honest approach you could ask for. Grazie mille Paul! Lori Wilson took care of the paperwork and all that boring stuff, but she was very quick and professional, and made finalizing the deal seem so easy! I can't thank both of you enough for helping me out with my first car purchase! From this experience, it's easy to see why Northway Ford was rated the best Ford dealership in the province!!! 5/5 More
Our New 2014 Fusion I'm finally on pension and done working. My wife and I are from southern Ontario but we used to live and work in the James Bay Frontier and we had a v I'm finally on pension and done working. My wife and I are from southern Ontario but we used to live and work in the James Bay Frontier and we had a vehicle more suitable for there than where we now live. Our Ford Taurus X was for moose collision mitigation, long trips with lots of luggage in minus forty or lower and some seriously rough roads... the winter up there is like no other place we've lived and the snow drifts and the frost in the road run deep. We used to drive with friends eighty miles from Hornepayne to Hearst for shopping. On my retirement we decided to move to Brantford. We loved out X, now six years old, but we wanted a smaller, more fuel-efficient vehicle I guess because the snow drifts in winter here are not usually so deep. I'm not saying there aren't small cars in Hornepayne, there are lots of them, but most people there are from there and have fewer family and friends seven hundred and twenty miles away. We were not sure a new car was within our budget this year. Actually we were pretty sure it wasn't. Both my wife and I are on Facebook. We know we don't pay for it, the advertisers do, and we know that we users are the product. Well, though I usually try to ignore ads one of them caught my eye; a customer survey about a Brantford car dealership that was rated the best in Ontario. I thought that that was an unusually impressive ad. Rated by the customers. So... I had my wife's permission... I went over there to talk about a test drive. In the showroom I took a good look at a sport convertible and a luxury crossover but the one I wanted had to be fuel efficient and good on gas and nice riding and quiet too. I was thinking about that and a nice fellow named Andrew walked up and asked me if he could help with anything. I said I wanted to test-drive a new car but I wasn't sure if I could buy right away. Andrew said sure I could drive it but if I could wait a few minutes he had to put gas in it first. I think Andrew had one pulled right off the delivery truck. He spoke to a few customers while we were waiting for it. Andrew handed me the keys when the car was fuelled. He fuelled it. I told him I wanted to basically take it around the block and see how it merged and that was fine with Andrew. Their dealership is right on the edge of town and block was pretty big and fast and the ride confirmed all the research I had done said it would be. I also found it comfortable and I'm tall. I handed the car back to Andrew, he asked me if I liked it... I liked it a lot, and he said if I wanted it and traded mine he would make it happen. He handed me off to Lori, the business manager. Lori took my information and said she would call me soon. She did, the next morning and asked me to come in two days later and call my insurance. I did that and today I met Lori and watched with quite a bit of admiration as she did her thing with the paperwork. She saved me money. She corrected a couple of mistakes I made on the paperwork... the papers were flying at me... without a fuss. She was interrupted once or twice. Then, paperwork completed, I think it took about twenty minutes, she handed me back to Andrew. There are these days a lot more controls on a car than meet the eye. Andrew showed me a few features I had missed, paired my cellphone to the car, told me where to find information and shook my hand. I said I'd write about my experience with their team. I have worked in many places, with many teams, and I think these guys have quite a bit of talent, making it all look easy like that. More

Not all customers are happy I have read the previous reviews and they are glowing. However I have had a much different experience with Northway Ford and Lincoln in Brantford. I have read the previous reviews and they are glowing. However I have had a much different experience with Northway Ford and Lincoln in Brantford. The technicians have given me my car back without properly fixing the problem, yet they said the problem is fixed. I will take my car to another dealership going forward as it seems Northway has issues doing the job right. Northway sold me a car that should not have passed safety inspection. Ford of Canada agreed! I like Ford vehicles and the company itself but I would not be fooled by the fancy looking dealership atmosphere at Northway. When it comes to how the work gets done and how the customer is treated there are serious problems here. I have noticed a lot of staff turnover in the last 4 years. Almost every person has been replaced yet the problems are still there. I overheard the new service manager Al Banks calling a customer insulting names over his phone. He must not have realized I could hear his side of the conversation. I could hear the person on the other end of the call and they were not yelling, yet Al was yelling at them. This seems to be a very poor way to treat a customer. It is very rude in the least. If I were that customer I would make a formal complaint. There is one other Ford dealership in town. I went there to fix the problems that Northway either was "unable to diagnose" or were not able to fix properly, and the problems were fixed to my satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe. As well the people at the service desk seemed much more helpful and reasonable and willing to listen. Bottom line, don't be fooled by appearances, flashy advertising, and glowing reviews that may or may not be written by friends of the dealership. There are serious problems at Northway. I would not recommend them to anyone. There is no excuse for not properly completing repair work, and for talking to customers in a rude manner. More

There is no doubt in my mind that Northway Ford is place where the customer is treated as guest and every effort is going to be made to go that extra mile to ensure you are wowed. I am now a Loyal Northway Ford customer..Best service ever! I love the fact, that I didn't even know what I wanted, when I entered the front door. Stacey helped me by outlining all the features that I basically needed, then spoke about the features I would like/love. We did some valuable test drives... then with Rob's help, we were able to "create" a vehicle that would not only be affordable, but my "all-time favourite". I love my 2014 Ford Focus! Elise was incredible taking care of the financial end of things... very "keep it simple". I also liked the way Stacey walked me through the technology end of things, with my vehicle. He strives to go the extra mile. All in all, I would like to say thank you for making my vehicle purchase "the best ever". More
