Car purchase experience This is the fifth car (3 new and 2 used) I have purchased at Northway in the last 2 years. I wouldn't even entertain buying a vehicle anywhere else. This is the fifth car (3 new and 2 used) I have purchased at Northway in the last 2 years. I wouldn't even entertain buying a vehicle anywhere else. The entire staff at Northway is very supportive and friendly. I feel I get honest, objective advice from Rob Farrington and never any pressure. The delivery staff, Laurie and Elise, are amazing and extremely well organized. Northway is open long hours every day which is a big help to me with variable work hours. At Northway I always feel welcome, even to simply bring in my young sons to 'see the cars'. Always hospitable and accommodating staff. Rob Farrington always makes himself available to answer after sale questions and arrange for service appointments. In summary, after getting lucky walking in the door at Northway a year or so ago and discovering this level of integrity and professionalism; I will not be going anywhere else. More

Leasing new Escape Andrew spent a lot of time with us, helping us chose the vehicle we wanted based on the options we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. Pau Andrew spent a lot of time with us, helping us chose the vehicle we wanted based on the options we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. Paul worked with Andrew and I to come up with a vehicle and price we could afford. He never applied pressure and was up front with us as to what he could negotiate. Andrew then spent an hour with us going through the technology in our vehicle. At all times we never felt rushed and felt that Northway wanted us as a long term customer. More

not a professional experience from the General Manager i called to do vehicle replacement for mutual client, general manager wouldn't say his name, kept on asking what do i want? is that how you do custome i called to do vehicle replacement for mutual client, general manager wouldn't say his name, kept on asking what do i want? is that how you do customer service? because i am not at your dealership buying a car, he doesn't have much time, everyone is a sales figure to him.i had to ask 4 times to know his name alone, let alone good service and satisfaction. one of the worst experience from a GM in 5 years of service. They blew us away!!!!! the level of service right from the get go was amazing....answering my endless questions to getting the best price possible. We purchased this car and when we picked it up they were able to give us a very detailed tour of the vehicle. We picked up the car last night and today they called to see if we still liked it and to see if we have any questions about the new car!!
