Very friendly and welcoming I spoke with Chris Lye on the phone from Woodstock regarding a 2014 Ford Focus that I seen on Autotrader for a steal of a price, and sure enough the c I spoke with Chris Lye on the phone from Woodstock regarding a 2014 Ford Focus that I seen on Autotrader for a steal of a price, and sure enough the car was still there, Chris was courteous enough to have the car parked at the front of the dealership ready for me to inspect and test drive, throughout the entire time Chris was very friendly. The car was in great shape and drove great (like all Fords do) after the test drive and little pressure from Chris on buying the car he gave me the clean car proof of the car and I decided I would buy it. I then discussed with a very friendly young woman named Elise my options for warranty and maintenance. Both Chris and Elise were great people who could actually relate to you and would not pressure you like most dealers to buy a car or extra options for their financial satisfaction. All in all a great experience, I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
