Great Customer Service My Wife and I had the fortune of finding the vehicle we were searching for on-line at Northways' website. The information was informative enough hav My Wife and I had the fortune of finding the vehicle we were searching for on-line at Northways' website. The information was informative enough have us call the dealership even though it was about 45 minutes away and we have lots of local dealers right here. I called Northway and was greeted by a friendly voice the put me in touch with Chris Lye. I asked Chris if the vehicle was still available, which it was and Chris asked me if I was interested in taking it for a test drive and we agreed on a time. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership there it was parked right in front with a dealer plate on it ready to go, I was impressed. We took the car for a drive and decided to make an offer. Sitting with Chris we quickly came to an agreement, no games no B.S. straight to the point business. We got what we wanted for our trade in and paid a fair price for the new vehicle, signed, sealed and delivered in and out the door in about an hour. They were going to be able to deliver the car in just a few days. During the process we had a few things that we wanted looked after on the car, simple things like programming the key-less entry, and an adjustment on the trunk lid. Chris kept us informed of everything and had the car ready on time; cleaned, warmed up and with a full tank of gas, Chris spent a lot of time with us going over all the controls and features of the car and made sure we understood how everything worked before we left he even programmed my wife's phone into the cars sync system. We were very impressed with Chris and the dealership, would I recommend the dealership and Chris to others? You Bet! would we buy from them again, For Sure! 2015 MKX Northway Ford was the first dealership my husband and I went visited, we took a couple different cars out for test drives and then sat down and talked Northway Ford was the first dealership my husband and I went visited, we took a couple different cars out for test drives and then sat down and talked with John Bolt. He was funny, nice and was not pushy at all! I had a speech prepared before we got there for the "pushy salesman" and I didn't have to use it. After we left Northway Ford I said to my husband that I really liked John, he was really good at what he did. We went to another dealership and I liked the car on the other dealership lot better but the salesman was horrible, he was the salesman I expected, there was no way on this earth that I was going to buy a car from him, especially after dealing with John so we decided to buy brand new instead of used just so we could buy a car from John Bolt. He will be our car guy for life now! Everyone at Northway Ford was awesome to deal with, the whole experience was so pleasant and easy!! Keep up the great work Northway!! More
