Chris would respond to me via email, text, or phone call in a very reasonable amount of time, even when on his day off, and has went out of his way several times to assist me and cater to my querries. They are understanding and it feels like they really do try to meet your requests. Not once did I think I was being tricked or deceived. There were a few hiccups with certain service requests, but that was not Chris or Elise's fault, and they are actually helping me resolve the situation, even though the deal was finalized and the car was already delivered. Again, they make this a 5 star review. Small issues aside, the customer service here is outstanding, and for that alone I will definitely be shopping here for my next vehicle. Highly recommended. He willingly organized more than one test drive to help us come to our decision on the correct vehicle for us (the Explorer). Chris was eager to match the competition's prices and gave us the best trade-in price for our "tired" Expedition and Lincoln LS that we could expect. We would recommend him to others. Elise was efficient in finance - both in paperwork presentation and explanations. Savannah even went to the license office on the Saturday morning of our delivery to acquire the new ownership paperwork so we could register the vehicle with my daughter's parking lot pass for school right away and avoid a U of W parking ticket. We appreciated her willingness to solve the issue swiftly. More
