He willingly organized more than one test drive to help us come to our decision on the correct vehicle for us (the Explorer). Chris was eager to match the competition's prices and gave us the best trade-in price for our "tired" Expedition and Lincoln LS that we could expect. We would recommend him to others. Elise was efficient in finance - both in paperwork presentation and explanations. Savannah even went to the license office on the Saturday morning of our delivery to acquire the new ownership paperwork so we could register the vehicle with my daughter's parking lot pass for school right away and avoid a U of W parking ticket. They were as helpful and pleasurable to deal with as I could ever expect. Their knowledge and willingness to help was outstanding. I guarantee I will be wanting to deal with them both again, when it is time to upgrade again.
