Reconsider bringing your vehicle here! I brought my Corvette to a dealership that I thought could service it seeing that they sold them. That was my first mistake. The second mistake was I brought my Corvette to a dealership that I thought could service it seeing that they sold them. That was my first mistake. The second mistake was trusting that qualiflied people would be honest and consider the customer. I originally agreed to 1 hour diagnostic charge. Then received a call the following day to approve a 4 hours diagnostic charge. Upon dropping the car off I was assured by the service advisor that if needed alternate or aftermarket parts would be considered for the repair. Ultimately after inspection I was advised that parts were unavailable and Northgate did not want to install alternate parts. So I asked asked on several occasions to speak to the tech and parts manager for more detail but they were never available. So I had to pay $638 for a general quote with no specific answers and tow my vehicle home. When my vehicle was towed home I noticed grease on the drivers side mat and black scuffs on the plastic surrounding the base of the drivers door. I contacted the service advisor and got no response. This will be the first and last time they see any of my vehicles and I will be sure to pass on my honest experience.. More
