Reconsider bringing your vehicle here! I brought my Corvette to a dealership that I thought could service it seeing that they sold them. That was my first mistake. The second mistake was I brought my Corvette to a dealership that I thought could service it seeing that they sold them. That was my first mistake. The second mistake was trusting that qualiflied people would be honest and consider the customer. I originally agreed to 1 hour diagnostic charge. Then received a call the following day to approve a 4 hours diagnostic charge. Upon dropping the car off I was assured by the service advisor that if needed alternate or aftermarket parts would be considered for the repair. Ultimately after inspection I was advised that parts were unavailable and Northgate did not want to install alternate parts. So I asked asked on several occasions to speak to the tech and parts manager for more detail but they were never available. So I had to pay $638 for a general quote with no specific answers and tow my vehicle home. When my vehicle was towed home I noticed grease on the drivers side mat and black scuffs on the plastic surrounding the base of the drivers door. I contacted the service advisor and got no response. This will be the first and last time they see any of my vehicles and I will be sure to pass on my honest experience.. More

It was nice to get my new truck here, but honestly I didn’t get my total satisfaction when it comes to the truck i choose on your website. Even my spouse was not happy with that because we expect the other one. You may say that is the small things but that is my choice that I didn’t get. Since we drive 3hrs to get there I don’t want to wait that’s why i dont have the choice just to drive that. More
