Hello, We apologize for your experience at our dealership. However, there are a few things that we would like to clear out. Firstly, any bodywork or repair that was promised is always mentioned on the bill of sale. If the work wasn’t done, the customer has the right to cancel the deal and request a refund of the deposit. Secondly, all used cars have to undergo a 120 point safety inspection and the oil change isn’t required unless the engine oil levels are below minimum. And lastly, you can also bring in a mechanic and have him inspect the vehicle on a hoist in our shop before you decide to buy it. Here at North York Chrysler, we want the customer to be fully informed before they can make a decision and we want them to be satisfied with their purchase. Hello, Let us start by apologizing for not meeting your expectations. We reviewed your complaint with the Service Manager as well as the General Manager of our dealership. What we understand is that your vehicle was at some other dealership for service and then you brought it to our dealership for service because the problem wasn’t resolved over there. Once it was serviced by us and ready to go, you picked it up from our dealership and a few days later you noticed all the issues that you have mentioned above. When you raised these concerns, your Service Advisor, the General Manager and the Service Manager, all advised you to bring in the vehicle to our dealership at your convenience so that we can look at it together with you highlighting your concerns. However, you requested to get it looked at some other place and invoice us for the same. The service advisor, as well as the manager, informed you that this was unacceptable as we would not know what was wrong in the first place without looking at the car. We would still like to let you know that if you wish to come in and get your vehicle looked at, we would gladly do it for you and also address all your concerns appropriately.
