Never buy used cars from this dealership I bought used 2014 car. When I picked up the car the tank was completely empty, I barely could make it to the next gas station. Also they have prom I bought used 2014 car. When I picked up the car the tank was completely empty, I barely could make it to the next gas station. Also they have promised to do touch up as well the engine oil change. Nothing was done; the car had more than 20,000 km since the last oil change. Unfortunately I found it out only after I bought the car. When I changed engine oil myself if was almost jelly-like. They didn't provide maintenance records at all. DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALER. More

I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Vida, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and she said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Vida as my sales contact. She was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations.Vida went above and beyond when I had questions about car info... She was able to locate original service records from original owner, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless More

Bot I have a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan purchased brand new from this dealership. Besides regular maintenance, there have been two major repairs so far. Both repairs were done in this dealership. This review reflects this second repair which was done in June, three months ago. The quality of the repair service was surprisingly poor. Brief of the service: My vehicle couldn't start. Had to be towed and dropped off at the dealership in the evening. Service advisor picked it up next morning. Throughout the day, a number of phone calls were made to discuss the problems and to make repair decisions. I asked very specifically about the problem, the repair procedure, the warranty and so on. The service advisor, together with the technician, assured me that the job would be professionally done by-the-book with a high quality. With that trust I agreed to do the repair at the dealership, despite the concern of the high estimates. In the end, battery was replaced and wire under TIPM/fuse box was repaired. Total cost was $1000 plus tax. Problems after the service: Vehicle started to make unusual noise some times when it drove on an uneven road or hit a bumper. The noise was not that obvious. If I wasn't a person paying some attention to my vehicle, the noise could have been ignored at all. I checked the vehicle one week later and below were what I found out. 1. The new battery was installed without the thermal wrap. If you own a similar vehicle (2011+ Caravan or Town&Country) as mine, you know there's a thermal wrap around the battery in the vehicle. I don't know the purpose of the wrap, but there must be a reason. Otherwise Chrysler wouldn't have installed it in the new vehicles and could have saved some production cost. My feeling is that the dealer's technician didn't bother to put the wrap back, either he didn't think it's useful or he didn't want to spend extra two minutes to do the job right. 2. Since the battery was replaced, both positive and negative cords were reinstalled. The problem is that the negative cord was installed in a way that it's pressing against the brake fluid level sensor. If you own a similar vehicle, you know the negative post is close to the brake fluid reservoir. If you don't pay attention to what angle the cord was installed, the finger-thick cord can press against the brake fluid level sensor which connects to the reservoir by plastic fitting. Leaving it in a prolonged period this side pressure can cause the sensor connector to fail prematurely, or brake fluid reservoir to leak. Imagine what can happen when you need to stop your vehicle and the brake fails. 3. Around the TIPM/fuse box, a number of wire harnesses and electrical connectors that were pulled off from their anchors were not pinned back to the brackets. These harnesses were pulled off to gain access to the repair area. But they were not put back after the repair was done. These un-anchored wire harnesses and connectors were dangling and rubbing/hitting against surrounding parts when the car was in motion. This was where the noise came from. It would have been extra two minutes to put things back, and I don't understand why the technician didn't do it. These thick wire harnesses are connecting the TIPM to other electrical controls all over the vehicle. If they're left rubbing and swinging after a prolonged period, the wires will be frayed to either broken or cause electrical short. It would be a potential cause of electrical failure, vehicle fire, or road safety. One of the reasons of this repair was a broken wire under TIPM. Now after the service, more wires are under a greater risk. I was surprised by the findings and was very upset about the service. The problems were first brought to the service manager's attention. But no response at all for two business days. I had to file a complaint in an email to the dealership to get a response. Up until today the dealership didn't acknowledge the problems and avoid answering these service problems. In August, the dealership eventually stopped responding at all. To add things worse, the vehicle began to have intermittent starting problem since early August. Multiple attempts or letting it sit for a while seem to be able to start the vehicle so far, but I fear it's a matter of time before it won't start at all. I don't know if this is due to the poor job the dealership did in June, but looks like I'm going to pay for another repair soon. I wrote this review here to inform other customers of what had happened to me and my vehicle. Most customers may not know much about their vehicles or not care much about the mechanical details. Lots of times when a vehicle is repaired and returned to you, as long as it's operable, you don't care about what happened under the hood. If the repair isn't done right and causes another problem six months later, you rarely relate this to the last repair, and you just pay for the new service. I'm not asking everyone to check your vehicle after the service. If you're a person who doesn't care about the repair details, please find a trustable facility to service your vehicle. If you're a person like me who cares a bit more about your vehicle and safety, I would suggest to check your vehicle after each service. If something raises your concern, you can feedback to the service provider quickly. Anyways I hope this review provides useful information. Regarding my vehicle's problems, I'm currently asking assistance from the OMVIC. Hopefully things can work out before it's getting worse. More
