I had another appointment booked somewhere else for 2 pm and I was late. I have dealt with these dealership since 2007 and bought all my cars through this dealership. I also do not care if you take off the street non-Toyota customers to install their winter tires either which was the reason I can assume that pushes my service to be 2.5 hrs. Also, on numerous occasions I have asked Toyota and the dealership to remove my deceased husband name from my account. I should not have to endure the pain of his memory because you cannot get things straight at Toyota. Regards Darlyne Wray More
