Great Experience @ North Bay Toyota. THANK YOU. I love how they set up appointments and North Bay Toyota are generally right on schedule.. They also give you a "friendly" reminder. Now I did not buy my Toyota at this dealership two years ago but they have been outstanding in servicing my vehicle along the way. Now they have a "perk" that they---wash your vehicle if you have purchased your vehicle from them--and this can be exercised any time. Now if I can get that done for me----THAT WOULD BE OUTSTANDING. Every time I have dealt with Toyota it has been great, no complaints. However, I’m going to be honest, my last servicing was quite frustrating. I brought my 2015 corolla in due to having issues with it start complaints. However, I’m going to be honest, my last servicing was quite frustrating. I brought my 2015 corolla in due to having issues with it starting with the automatic start and with the key. I have brought it in twice, first they replaced the battery which helped with starting it with the key, however, not with the automatic start. It would still never start properly with the automatic start. Finally after a month it started not starting with the key again. So, I made another appointment to get it looked at. They are saying that they can’t find anything wrong and they won’t touch the automatic start in it because it’s aftermarket. However, I bought the car brand new with the automatic start in it. Shouldn’t you still be able to diagnose if that’s what is causing my issues? Maybe it’s draining my battery because it’s malfunctioning? So, my last visit I paid nearly $150 for a car wash.. quite frustrating! More

Julia brought to my attention that my newer vehicle had the extended free maintenance service , which was promptly transferred to me as new owner. Thanks to take good care of us. More

Understanding and assistance at difficult time I found damage to my vehicle which I had just purchased a month ago. Sheen, Sales Rep, heard me out and helped me resolve the repair situation. I la I found damage to my vehicle which I had just purchased a month ago. Sheen, Sales Rep, heard me out and helped me resolve the repair situation. I later realized that my own Service mechanic had checked the vehicle out while installing winter tires and would have noticed such damage. The vehicle was not damaged when I took possession of it from Sheen at the dealership. I was still treated with respect by the dealership and will be back for my next Toyota. More
