Alleviated my frustration I was incredibly frustrated with the electrical issues my car was having. Dealership Goes Beyond the Norm We purchased a 2015 Caravan, in 2016 we ran into some tire trouble. We opened the glove box and the lock nut key was not there (was not in vehicle). We purchased a 2015 Caravan, in 2016 we ran into some tire trouble. We opened the glove box and the lock nut key was not there (was not in vehicle). We spoke to the dealership and they paid to have the old lock nuts removed, new ones installed with new key all free of charge. The work was completed in only 2 hours and not a mark on the wheels. Jack Bryan was very easy to deal with (even when I am not always) and along with Kathleen Buchner went above and beyond to give us excellent service. More

Quick and easy tire repair I arrived at the dealership very early in the morning, my car had a low tire pressure light on and I had to be at work. My service ticket was written I arrived at the dealership very early in the morning, my car had a low tire pressure light on and I had to be at work. My service ticket was written up and was given a ride to work and made it in time. I received a call at work an hr later telling me my car was ready. I arrived at the dealership after work, paid my bill and thought I'd be on my way, however, my light was still on and I could hear the leak. My car was taken in right away thanks to their service manager Adrian Lavictoire and my bill reimbursed. Although I wasn't happy about it not being fixed when I arrived, there were 2 nails in my tire, which the service technician had missed, it happens. Everyone was very nice and took great care of me. This is the only dealership I have ever taken my car to and will continue to be a loyal customer. More
