Persistant avoidant behaviour My previous review explained of a preowned Town & Country we purchased in Dec. 2015. Several months later when the warm weather came, we found the A/C My previous review explained of a preowned Town & Country we purchased in Dec. 2015. Several months later when the warm weather came, we found the A/C did not work, and blew nothing but HOT air. Multiple emails and phone calls were attempted to contact the preowned sales manager Tim Kereliuk, with no return email or call. This passed over the course of months and months. Our van required some service in the fall of 2016, so I contacted the service manager Adrian Lavictoire, after again no answer from Tim Kereliuk. I outlined the problem to Adrian, told of my frustrations with no response from Tim, and Adrian stated to bring the van in and he would work it out with Tim. I brought the van in, spoke with Adrian in person, and he said he would talk to Tim, though in a very dismissive manner. I had the van serviced, but heard nothing further from either Adrian or Tim regarding the A/C. I followed up with Adrian and he said he wasn't able to get a hold of Tim. I have yet to follow up as it is now again Winter! I plan to, and will continue to write reviews on this. We are VERY disappointed, as we specifically bought this van for SUMMER road trips. For managers, the two mentioned have been very dismissive. More
All I got was the run-around!! I bought a pre-owned Certified Town & Country from them in the middle of winter. Gary Seeger was our sales rep. Great guy!!! Answered so many questions, and provided all the documentation I asked for. Everything as far as that process was good, they even fixed a few items I found were not working within the weeks after purchase -- window switch, door lock button. However, when summer came, I found the A/C did not work at all, something you cannot test in the winter. It blew HOT air. My sales person Gary Seeger was great about it, but said he cannot do anything, and I need to talk to the pre-owned manager, Tim Kereliuk. Well, Tim has done nothing but avoided me for months and months -- no emails, phone calls, and he was "unavailable" when I stopped by to talk to him. Brought it in for other service items, hoping they would look at it then. Service manager Adrian Lavictoire said he would follow-up with Tim, and still nothing weeks later. Very disappointed! My family has been going to this dealership since the 80's. My grandfather was a customer service rep and a salesperson there for years and years as well. More

As always he gave us the best service. Our transaction with him went incredibly fast. We brought home the car in 2 days! Jarrod always makes us feel very welcomed and well taken cared of every visit. We also met with Ruby in the finance office. She is very accommodating and easy to talk to. She understands what your needs are and would suggest option that will work best for you. Thumbs up to both of you! More

However Jack knew what I was looking for, what type of features, what was important for me in the purchase of a new vehicle and through his assistance and attention for or a deal that took a week and a half to complete I walked away with very satisfied and once that I feel like just a potential sale. Through my whole experience I felt like a customer client and as if my business was appreciated with the dealership and look at other dealers ships where you feel that you are simply just "another sale".
