Time to Switch After 6 new cars and poor service from both Saleswoman & Service Dept. from another Chrysler dealership, we switched to Motor City for our new Journey After 6 new cars and poor service from both Saleswoman & Service Dept. from another Chrysler dealership, we switched to Motor City for our new Journey. Caesar was amazing with both professionalism & knowledge. Great deal on new car. Received coupons in mail. Never received anything from previous dealership, not even a thank you when we referred our friends who bought a brand new loaded Chrysler 300 from our Saleswoman. Heard good things about Motor City and so far they are all true. Looking forward to dealing with them. More

We're a Jeep family and were finally ready to trad Jack Bryan and Ruby Hupalo welcomed us immediately with smiles and a 'look in your eye' handshake. We're a Jeep family and were finally ready to trade in our 2008 Diesel Grand Cherokee. We'd grown accustomed to the quality and dependability of this vehicle and were hard-pressed to find anything better. That's when Craig Lanou, who had previously worked to secure a Jeep Grand Cherokee for our family, stepped in. We were offered a 'can't turn it down' price for our trade in that enhanced the deal for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jack walked us through the head-turning options of a new vehicle. We'd had an Overland and wanted a new one, but with a couple extra features. Our well-maintained Jeeps last us a long time! Husband, wife and each of two sons all rely on a Jeep in our Canadian climate. Jack heard us and then suggested there might be another option. If we went with a Summit, instead of an Overland, the features we wanted were standard. A couple more adjustments and the price of the Summit was so near the Overland price that it was easy to make our decision. We couldn't be more pleased! The customer service, care and support at Motor City Chrysler is as exceptional as our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Jack continued to keep us updated as our Jeep was in transition, and Ruby tied up all the loose ends of finalizing the details of our delivery. Jack even assured that I had a comprehensive lesson of some new features and felt completely comfortable before I left the dealership, being sure to make himself available for any follow up necessary. Biggest Mistake I’ve Ever Made I bought a 2017 fully loaded Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Motor City Chrysler October 24th, 2017. Within two weeks I noticed it was running kinda roug I bought a 2017 fully loaded Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Motor City Chrysler October 24th, 2017. Within two weeks I noticed it was running kinda rough, and the mileage was terrible. I contacted them about the situation in which they told me, “it’s a Jeep they aren’t the best on gas”. Then following week we had some rain to find that my driver side a pillar was soaked and pouring onto the panelling, seat, door and had puddled on the floor. I contacted them again on a Friday to which again they said they where too busy to bring it in Monday, so I did, and had them look at all the issues. Now I’m stranded without a vehicle because Motor City Chrysler states you have to wait 24hr before you are able to get a car, I call the next day for them to then say the paperwork has not been written up yet so it’s 24hr after the paperwork is completed, three days later, I get a vehicle, to which was a ford, which means they made me go through three vehicle swaps in less then two days before getting a loner car. Then they say the following Monday that my car is ready to be picked up at 4:00pm and said he loaner needed to be returned before I get charged with little to no time to get that all straightened out. I managed to get my car back, to find all the garbage and some parts sitting in my cup hold and all over the floors from the work that was done. Then I call Jason Bray, the so-called Wonderful GM, who stated he would make this all up too me about all this none sense and crap I went through, to then just received a email stated he did not say he was going todo anything and that I need to still complete the tasks they asked me to complete for the fuel mileage. Which btw, it’s now over a month later and I’m getting 17-18L to 100km, spending my own fuel on a broken car to prove to them there is an issue, also not to mention they sold me as “NEW” which it was actually a “DEMO” stated in the bill of sale, same with marked up kilometres. Also RED FLAG*** my girlfriend purchased a brand new 2017 jeep renegade, for them to throw her through the ringer on getting it, then they tried to push another renagage on to her saying this one is the one you wanted, which was not at all. I have never felt so used, so picked on and abused by a dealership in my life. I wouldn’t even recommend Motor City Chrysler to my worst enemy. For any potential buyer please do your research and never go to Motor City Chrysler. More
